Easy access to many lakes and nearby attractions including eateries, breweries, distillery. Minutes to Colgate College. Just a few miles to the Stoney Creek Castle wedding venue. Great central location to enjoy local fall activities, leaf peeping, pumpkin patches, cider mills, etc.

This was a perfect location to get away from real life. The property is beautiful and the house is well stocked for cooking! Beds were comfortable, and we had everything we could want there. The city of Hamilton is justb15 minutes away with shops and restaurants.

Grandma’s cottage in the farmland of North NY

Nice house, well maintained. The stairs were really steep which made us rethink our sleeping arrangements but everything was comfortable.

The property is very secluded and the views are beautiful. Would suggest a map to local stores and restaurant as cell coverage does not exist.

The house was clean, spacious and easy access. The amenities were sufficient. Only one bathroom and it was a little tight to move about.

It was so close to our venue. The house is big! If i realized, just how big, i could of had the kids stay there instead of staying at another vrbo! The owners were quick to deal with a problem, that turned out that a new battery solved!!

The water had a terrible sulfur smell. we did not know ahead of time that we needed bottled water. There were a lot of flies. Location close to Colgate was a good feature.

Relaxing stay in the rolling hills of Earlville

We enjoyed our rustic retreat in Earlville. We were visiting Colgate for a girls' hockey camp with another family and this home met our needs well. We enjoyed all of the space on the main floor, the large deck, and being able to prepare our meals together. The house was clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for everyone (4 people - 2 adults and 2 teenagers). This property was great. Be aware that the stairs to the second floor are quite steep, so we left most luggage downstairs. That worked well for us. The wi-fi worked great, and we really enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck in the evenings. This was a near-perfect match for us! Thank you Ronda for hosting!

Cozy stay

Ronda has a lovely, cozy home to settle into after a day of visiting our son at Colgate University. We wish we had had more time there to enjoy the porch and fire ring during the beautiful fall season. We would definitely plan another stay if we were in the area again!

Peace in the hills!

Used as home base for baseball HOF induction weekend in Cooperstown, this place was perfect. Honestly wish we had stayed more time just to relax on the porch and enjoy the wide open view of fields. Very calm, peaceful and cozy.

Perfect for exploring Central NY

The house and property is spacious, exactly as described. It was easy to find. There is a small family farm distillery just down the road but you will have to drive 15 minutes before reaching supermarkets and restaurants. Not really an inconvenience, just something to plan around. The host was responsive and provided all the information I needed to make the most of our stay. Appreciated the attention and making us comfortable for the weekend.

Graduation Vacation

As soon as you walk in it feels like home with all the pictures to look at. The kitchen fully stocked with all your cooking needs, bathroom filled with plenty of towels and wash clothes, and extra linens for beds. The views are breathtaking!! We enjoyed the fire pit in the yard and when it rained we moved to the gas fire pit on the covered porch.

Peaceful & relaxing

Had a wonderful time during our stay! House was very clean and the property owner was very easy to work with. Very responsive! The little welcome basket and coffee for the morning were wonderful touches! Would stay again!
