Great location and pool

These are small bungalows that are quite tired and dated, but they provide compact functionsl accommodation in an enviable location so close to the sea and beaches. The grounds and pool are well maintained and there is a selection of pool / sea equipment e.g. boards, floats, windbreaks etc that can borrowed. A microwave or airfryer would add a much needed dimension to the kitchen equiment, but there are plenty of pots, pans,etc to make dinner on the 4 ring hob. Sadly the hob extractor is not connected and the ceiling fan light in the bedroom doesn'twork, but the shower was good and the host kindly provided plenty of toilet rlls, good clean white towels, condiments and soapcand washing up liquid. The host also left a very nice red wine to welcome me, which was a lovely touch. There was no visit from a cleaner during my 10 day stay, but I liked the privacy this gave me. There is quite a lot of noise from the nearby Karting but not every day...possibly dependant on the wind direction, and also from the GC 500. I rented a hire car so was not dependent on the close shops which were quite expensive and very limited in choice. The patio area of the back bungalows 1-11 is very small so 2 loungers with 3 chairs a table, umbrella and clothes drier was like a puzzle to juggle for space. Ask for a front bungalow for stunning views and privacy. Enjoy the sunrise as it was gorgeous every day. Thank you La Perla xx

Preis Leistung super. Gute, ruhige Lage. Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider gibt es zu wenige Parkplätze.

Urlaub in der Bungalowanlage LaPerla

Es war einfach fantastisch eine traumhafte Bungalowanlage mit allem was man braucht. Es ist wirklich eine Perle am Atlantik.

Klein aber fein !!Schöner, sauber Bungalow

Wir danken ganz Herzlich für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war bestimmt nicht das letztes mal das wir dort Urlaub gemacht haben. Kurz gesagt, alles tip-top !! Super Organisation, unkompliziert und ohne Probleme, saubere und gut gepflegte Anlage,Sehr ruhig, und ein großes Lob für den gut ausgestatteten, bequemen und vorallem sauberen Bungalow. Alles da und fehlt nichts. Evtl, eine Mikrowelle und ein etwas größerer Kühlschrank wären vorteilhaft, aber es geht auch so:) Dankeschön für alles.

Bueno,personal limpieza,jardinería , mantenimiento ,un 10, felicitar a la chica de limpieza y jardinero,porque son maravillosos,el apartamento,necesitaría una pequeña reforma muy antiguo,al llegar ahí que pedir ventilador que que te lo proporciona sin problema ,por el calor ,y la cama supletoria tben ahí que pedirla ,para que lo tengan en cuenta,se nos rompió la nevera y nos la tuvieron que cambiar tiramos muchisima comida ,para que vigilen si da mucho calor la nevera por fuera ,es que está rota,para que no les pase lo mismo,,si le dieran una pequeña reforma a la cocina ,sería un 10,no tiene horno ,no ,microondas y poquisimos utensilios de cocina,y sobre todo aire acondicionado,de todas formas repetiremos 💕porque se descansa❤️ y lo pasamos genial,muchas gracias,lo recomiendo 🏖️👙💤 xocinalor

Buenos días, Muchas gracias por sus comentarios positivos y por los elogios a nuestro equipo. Justo en primavera, hemos instalado un ventilador de techo en todos nuestros dormitorios para proporcionar frescor. Decidimos no instalar aire acondicionado, ya que esto lamentablemente aumentaría mucho el precio del alquiler, y muchos de nuestros huéspedes aprecian la excelente relación calidad-precio que ofrecemos. Lamento mucho que el refrigerador se haya averiado durante su estancia con nosotros. Nuestro personal siempre se esfuerza por resolver este tipo de problemas lo más rápido posible. Tenemos todos los utensilios de cocina disponibles, pero si en algún momento falta algo, no dude en preguntar en la recepción. Para la tercera persona, existe la posibilidad de dormir en el sofá. No colocamos automáticamente una cama supletoria en el bungalow, ya que a algunos huéspedes les resulta incómoda. De todas formas, nos encantaría darle la bienvenida nuevamente y que pase sus vacaciones con nosotros. Hasta entonces, le deseamos todo lo mejor. Atentamente, Julia

Una estancia agradable

Nos encantó el sitio y mucha tranquilidad que también es lo que buscábamos. Lo único que nos hubiera gustado es que en la casa hubiera mas material sobre todo en la cocina, al no haber horno ni microondas se limita bastante y la variedad de utensilios para la cocina era bastante limitado. Por lo demas, todo genial.

Gracias por tu agradable comentario. Hemos elegido el equipamiento de la cocina según el tamaño. Tiene razón en que los utensilios de cocina y los utensilios son lo básico, ya que la mayoría de los huéspedes no necesitan más. Pero si echa en falta algo, puede preguntar en la recepción. La Perla!

La Perla macht seinem Namen alle Ehre! Es ist wahrlich eine Oase jenseits des Massentourismus auf Gran Canaria. Der Bungalow sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und ist auch sehr praktisch aufgebaut. Das Schlafzimmer ist nach Norden gerichtet und kann so angenehm temperiert werden. Das Wohnzimmer nach Süden mit der großen Glasfront heizt sich tagsüber auf – über die große Glastür kann man es aber durch lüften beliebig herunterkühlen. Einziges Manko war für mich, dass das Sofa und die Betten recht hart waren – was allerdings aufgrund einer Schmerzproblematik auch individuell zu betrachten ist. Einmal hatte ich ein Problem im Badezimmer, dass sofort behoben wurde. Personal ist täglich vor Ort und sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Jeden Morgen kümmert sich der Gärtner /Hausmeister um Garten und Pool. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, familiär, ruhig und gemütlich. Um La Perla herum gibt es mehrere unterschiedliche Strände. Wie an der kompletten Westküste der Insel kann es hier sehr windig sein. Dafür gibt es aber auch aufregende Wellen! Die Südküste der Insel hat weniger Wind, ist aber massentouristisch völlig überlaufen und es gibt dort auch kaum richtige Strände, sondern fast nur künstlich angelegte Buchten, sodass ich die Westküste immer bevorzugen würde. Mit dem Bus kommt man super nach Maspalomas oder andere Ecken der Insel. Sehr zu empfehlen ist es einmal mit der Linie 18 nach Sankt Bartolomé zu fahren - der Ausblick ist einfach nur gigantisch! Schönen Urlaub!

Und ja, Sie haben recht, die Matratzen für alle unsere Gäste perfekt zu haben, ist schwierig. Jeder hat ein anderes Bedürfnis.
