Designed for multigenerational families, dog owners, and groups seeking comfort, space, and relaxation.

Located on the quiet side of the Smokies with easy roads and no steep cliffside driving.

Country Zen Villa is a peaceful and spacious 3-level mountain retreat designed for families, dogs, and groups who want room to spread out and enjoy the Smokies together.

Enjoy mountain views from a fully enclosed wraparound deck, let kids and dogs play freely in the fenced yard, and relax in the hot tub or around the fire pit after a day exploring the national park.

Inside, the home features a beautiful wood spiral staircase connecting all levels, a fully stocked kitchen, two gas fireplaces, a movie theater room, and a game room. Every detail is designed to make group travel easy, comfortable, and memorable.

Very pretty house and location

Just near enough to hiking and Gatlinburg but you’re able to escape the traffic and noise at this cabin. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful getaway

The house is beautiful. We all had plenty of room to gather together or have alone time. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed. It had all the essentials for cooking and lots of room for prep. I would highly recommend staying there.

Family Vacation

The house is very cozy and the wrap around porch with railing all the way around was wonderful with having grandkids. The fenced in yard made it even better for our fur babies. The hostess was very responsive when messaged and very polite! Wonderful getaway tucked away! Thank you for having us.

House is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms. Love the porch that goes around the whole house, this was perfect for my 1 & 2 year old granddaughters to play happily. Host responded quickly to any questions we had.

The Mountain Villa was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. All the little extras were amazing: the telescope for viewing the night sky, the reading nook, the workstation area, the fire pit, the hot tub, the basketball hoop, the pool table, washer/dryer, the dog crates, the fenced-in yard for our pup to run around in - we made use of everything!The host was VERY responsive to our requests and questions. Check-in and check-out was super easy. The beds are all memory foam and super comfortable. Water pressure was perfect for showers. We didn't use the additional kitchen in the basement but it would be very useful for those needing an extra cooking area. And our daughter loved the played above the queen bed in the basement! Our family had a wonderful New Year's stay and we would highly recommend this property to others looking for a great getaway to the Smokies, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge.

A comfortable space for a family gathering

It's a unique space with the spiral staircase and the wrap around porch. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed putting together some family meals. The bedroom bathroom combinations make for separate spaces for everyone. Lots of space to gather including the hot tub.

Mira was very quick to respond to all my questions regarding my stay in the Cosby, TN area. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with anything you may need. I appreciated that she was so accommodating to children, and had the use of a pack and play, high chair, and stroller should they have been needed. All in all, it was a clean comfortable property.

Highly Recommend!

Great property exactly as pictured that I would highly recommend. We traveled with 3 dogs and the huge fenced in yard was great for us. Loved relaxing on the wrap around porch. The house was very clean and plenty of room for everyone.

Well simply because the exterior hides a gorgeous gem on the interior. The exquisite wood spiral staircase takes your breath away and the remainder of the woodwork throughout the villa is mindblower. And the views from the main floor of the villa and the deck are breathtaking. With so many rooms, bathrooms and living space you are sure to have a memorable experience for a lifetime.
