Tidewater 705 - Beachfront with 10% discount for weekly stays!

Our water front unit has gated parking and is on the 7th floor with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches and emerald water. Amenities include an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and a hot tub. The condo also includes a sauna for your use and has evening security on site. We are located near grocery stores, shopping centers, and a variety of restaurants. This 12 story community makes for a less crowded beach front and shorter elevator wait times, perfect for family vacations.

The unit sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bedroom, queen sofa sleeper and twin hall bunks. Full size washer and dryer along with a fully stocked kitchen and oversize smart TV's round out this unit for a comfortable beach vacation. Wireless internet is also provided for your convenience.

One parking pass is included with booking fees. Additional parking passes will need to be purchase beforehand and picked up in a Gulf Shores office.

We loved it and we could have stayed another week.If we had the time. The condo is clean and well appointed, especially out on the balcony. It was great to have a washer and dryer handy.

Our stay was everything we could of asked for as our honeymoon. Directions for everything were very clear. The hosts were amazing and very responsive with any and all questions we had. Perfect location with lots of options on dining and entertainment. I absolutely loved all the snells the beach had to offer and the bed in the master bedroom was heaven. Thank you for a unforgettable stay we will definitely be back again!

Everything was great except the couch was very uncomfortable. So glad the unit had a great spot in the parking garage since the parking lot was flooded when we arrived. The condo was located across from the elevator which was very handy.

Our stay at the beachfront condo was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the balcony. The unit was clean, bright, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The building was quiet, well-maintained, and close to great restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!

Beach vacation

Tidewater is a nice condo in a great location, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. However, our stay had several frustrations. On the first night, there was no hot water in either sink, which was frustrating when trying to cook and clean up. We later discovered the faucets are installed backwards, something future guests might want to know. There were only five towels provided for our party of four, which meant doing laundry continuously… while on vacation. During our stay the condo temperature rose to 78, but the hosts quickly sent someone to fix the issue, which we appreciated. The front door lock was another ongoing frustration… even after a 7 days stay you would think the lock would get easier to use but often took 2–3 tries to get inside. One day, it took us 5 minutes to get in. After we checked out, we were contacted about a missing laundry closet door knob. This knob was already missing when we arrived, but after I communicated that to the host, I received no response. Unfortunately, this left me feeling as though my family was being accused of causing damage, which was not the case!! On the bright side, the master bed was incredibly comfortable. There is always room for improvement.

It was a great stay

The only struggle I had was figuring out where to put everyone’s clothes. There is one closet in the master bedroom. No dresser, a night stand, & 2 drawers under master bed. The room was clean though and was decorated so cute. The location of the facility was also nice, not a lot of traffic.

Amazing view and very clean

The property was very clean with an awesome view. The owners were very nice and thorough with great communication. I would definitely come back to this property and this unit. There was no wait on the elevators with great restaurants nearby. We had some suggestions from the owners, and they were right on point, including Zeke's across the street. Awesome view on the bay with great food and service!!

Prefect Getaway

Love this condo & condo complex! Condo has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Bed is very comfortable! No wait for elevators, parking is great, and pool wasn't ever packed. Owners are super nice and great communication!

Nice facility. Easy access to building, unit, & beach. Great host. * The only downfall was that there was only one side access to king size bed because of how it how had to be positioned in room. For non-agile individuals it makes it inconvienent.

Great repeat booking experience!

We booked this condo last year and loved it so much that we booked again this year. Everything we experienced this year was just as excellent as our previous year’s experience with the owners and rental itself!! There were several updates to the unit’s furnishings that we noted from pictures during our previous stay. The unit has been well cleaned and linens fresh during both of our stays. We really enjoy the amenities and location of the unit most. The kids and I get to enjoy the beach and pool while my husband books fishing charters on the Class Act at Zeke’s marina right across the street!! The FloraBama and is also a 2-3 minute drive just down the road. We have actually found many restaurants, shops, and my favorite, a spa (Serenity at the Beach) that are located heading towards Florida. We have found that exploring activities in that direction really helps to minimize our heavy traffic encounters and frustrations while enjoying and maintaining the beach vibe. With charter fishing, a day spa, fine dining options and night life offerings so close (most located within walking distance), it’s a perfect location for our family’s interests! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing Place!

Recently updated throughout with all new appliances. Tidewater has 2 elevators and only 12 stories making wait times a minimum. The most common feedback we get from guest is they love how clean the unit is and that the beach is not overcrowded like the high rises!
