Minutes to JT National Park, Hot Tub & Game Room

Newly renovated home in heart of downtown Joshua Tree and less than 8 minutes from the Joshua Tree National Park entrance.

Enjoy the crisp air and quiet evenings while you relax in the fully fenced, outdoor space that includes a hot tub, hammocks, a fire pit, and a lovely outdoor dining area.

Each room comes with a queen size memory foam mattresses and the master bedroom has a futon as well. The master bedroom also comes with a workstation with a desk, chair and Hi-Speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation. The living room comes with a SmartTV and a basket of games for an evening full of fun.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! It also comes with a new Keurig coffee machine.

While in the backyard, you can lounge in the hammocks, sit by the fire, enjoy a nice dinner under the beautiful stars of Joshua Tree or relax for the evening in our hot tub. A brand new charcoal BBQ is in the backyard and it comes with some BBQ accessories, but please bring your own charcoal.

Looking for some friendly competition? Step into the garage for a fun game of ping pong or play some darts.

One of my wife and I's favorite snacks at night is popcorn with elote seasoning from Trader Joe's, and we make sure to keep this in stock at Casa Azul for you to enjoy it as well.

Parking: You can fit 2 or maybe 3 cars in the driveway. You can also park on the street in front of our house

Entry: There is a keypad located at the front door for easy keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before arrival. The code is updated after every guest departs.

Internet: The house has reliable high-speed internet that I have tested from the numerous meetings I have taken from Casa Azul.

Coffee & Tea: We have an assorted arrangement of teas for you to choose from and Keurig coffee machine has two different flavors: Summit Roast and The Original Donut Shop Coffee (regular).

Fire Pit: We have a fire pit out back and ask everyone to please bring their own wood if you plan to use it.

Security: A Ring Flood Light security camera is located near the front door for your security. No cameras are located inside the property.

Pets - This property is pet-friendly, we allow well-behaved dogs under 40lbs, no more than 2 at a time, We do not allow pets on furniture or in the bedrooms, as a precaution to help keep the home clean for future guests. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED

The yard is FULLY fenced and very safe, BUT, this is the desert, and there are many wild animals roaming around their natural habitat, as such, it is very important to keep a close eye on your furry loved ones at all times!

Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. The outdoor amenities are numerous and fun. The kitchen is well equipped and the overall house is very clean and nicely decorated. Parking is not an issue. The host, Lee, is extremely responsive. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed in.

Excellent communication with the host, any questions we had were immediately answered helpfully and kindly! Lee also offered us an early Che k in as they hadn’t had a guest the night before, which was very helpful for our group. Fabulous hot tub (always a priority when we book!) and cozy home :)

We stayed at the Casa Azul with our 2 fur babies (2 Labradors) and we had a good time. It was spacious enough for the 4 of us, there’s plenty of room for my boys to roam around inside the house, the house is very clean and doesn’t smell weird, the bedrooms are clean, bright, plenty of sunlight, the bathrooms are ok, the water pressure in the showers needs improvement, the garage was converted to a game room, the living room have a smart TV we used and ok seating, the kitchen is clean, have some basic kitchen necessities (plates, silverwares, cups, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, coffee pods, Keurig machine, blender, the refrigerator is tiny! And the dining table is also small. Overall we had a good stay BUT i wish the house is connected to the yard! That is the only annoying part, you have to go around the house from the front door if you want to use the backyard. It was hard for my Labradors to get the concept of putting their leash to go potty (because we never do that at home, they have their own backyard that is accessible from the house) I wish that was disclosed to us when I asked if the backyard was fenced in, it would have been nice to know that its an ordeal to go in the backyard. I will recommend it to family that have older kids and not with toddlers, and any couples or group of friends that wants to explore Joshua tree. It was close to restaurants (house kitchen, sky high pie, the den, and Joshua tree Saloon) and coffee shop (we loved Joshua tree coffee)

Our stay was perfect! The location was ideal for visiting Joshua Tree and there are some great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the hot tub and hammocks in the back yard. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Above all, the host was gracious and responsive. Highly recommend!

We appreciated having a home base so close to the west entrance of Joshua tree National park. We enjoyed quiet mornings reading in the hammocks and soaking in the hot tub or watching a movie after long days in the park. The teens really enjoyed the game garage as well. The host was stellar at communication with recommendations and very responsive when we had questions. We were there for a week and he reached out midway to see if anything needed restocked (it didn’t because they had planned ahead). We enjoyed our time in Joshua tree.

It was perfectly good place, the vibes was so welcoming and clean. We highly recommend the place for staycation. The hot tub make us feel good after exploring Joshua Tree Park.

Property owner had great communication throughout our interaction. Home was inviting and exactly as expected. It’s far enough away from the busier area to be a quiet place with not too much light pollution, yet close enough that a couple of us walked from the saloon to exercise off some good food.

Great property and you cannot beat the location to JT entrance. Everything I could possibly think of was provided in this house. The hot tub was lovely and the hammocks were *perfect* for stargazing. We enjoyed playing games like darts and ping pong when we weren’t out exploring. The house is a few miles from big box stores and great restaurants. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Such a lovely stay.

What a gem!!!

Wow—what an incredible stay! From the moment I arrived, I could feel the care and attention to detail that went into this space. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home (and honestly, better than some hotels I’ve stayed in!).The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the location was ideal—peaceful. I especially appreciated the game room and spa and the hammocks…ESPECIALLY THE HAMMOCKS!!Mr Lee was so kind and responsive, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out. You can really tell they care about their guests having a great experience.I’m so grateful for this stay—it was relaxing, easy, and truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Nice house for hikers

The check in process was easy. There was ample room for our group of three couples to have a place near the park and all the other areas like Pioneertown, 29 Palms, etc. the game room set up in the garage was nice. The beds were all comfortable.We wished the hot tub would get warmer as it barely went up past 99. But the owner was very responsive and friendly in our messages.

Perfect location

The house was perfect to wind down and have a home cooked meal after being in the park all day. The hammocks and ping pong were fun. Would brings bags for packing wet suits when leaving. Definitely would stay again.

Relaxing bungalow to revive after hiking in Joshua Tree

Imagine finishing a long day of hiking in Joshua Tree and driving up to this adorable bungalow complete with beautiful handpainted murals. Well appointed with a complete kitchen, big bathrooms and three full beds the highlights are the hot tub and hammocks in back and the fun table tennis in the garage. A must go will stay again.

Family getaway

We had an amazing stay here. It was very close to the national park, we went daily. Close to restaurants and stores. The kitchen was very well stocked as well. Our daughter loved the backyard. The hammocks are great and she enjoyed the hot tub every day we were there. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

Closeness and ease of getting to Joshua Tree State Park.

The residence was very clean and well kept. It was well stocked with all utensils and items needed to stay. Very close to the state park entrance. The beds seemed new memory foam mattresses. A but stiff, but probably need to be broken in. The manager was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions asked. Overall a great experience.
