Golf Weekend

Property had plenty of room for all of us (7 guests). Covered deck outside was a great place to relax after golfing and there were multiple courses within 20 minutes.

We stayed at them property as we attended a hockey camp. The location was heat as you were able to walk to restaurants and activities.

My trip

This place worked out really good for us. We had 6 adults everyone had their own space and room. The wooden floors are really creaky and loud which would really be the one thing that I didn’t like but it’s also an older home. This is an attached town home and with kids in the other home we couldn’t hear them at all. Overall a pretty good time

Ann Arbor Stay

Great VRBO. This property was in a great location and was renovated nicely with no issues on property at all. We enjoyed some great weather so we were able to go on walks and runs around the neighborhood and the park near by. A great find and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Girl's Trip

We had a wonderful time at the Royal Villa. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. The rooms were very spacious. Everything was very clean. Loved all the renovations. The house was in a great location too. Close to everything we wanted to do. Hosts were very easy to get in touch with for any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Royal Villa Rocked

We had a large group of family coming into Ann Arbor to celebrate our U of M senior. The Royal Villa was a great place to gather and house many family members. Super cute property, great location, clean, and lots of easy parking.

Dairy Queen well organized plenty of supplies. We cook dinner three nights out of the five we were in town kitchenette everything we needed.

Perfect for gatherings

This was a gathering of cousins for a memorial event for one we lost this summer. 6 very nice size & nicely decorated BRs with comfortable beds. Kitchen is great with amazing coffee station, pantry and nice, clean dishes, pots/pans & utensils. Gathering area is not huge but amazingly seats 18 very comfortably for a meal or happy hour. Bathrooms are small but ok. 2 full, 1 half. Location is the best in charming old Ann Arbor neighborhood. Easy to get to shopping/dining/campus.

Home away from home

My family had a wonderful stay at the Royal Villa. We felt right at home. Plenty of space for everyone and the home was neat and clean and in a great location. We'll definitely be back.

Fall Break

Nice road trip with kids. Home was very accomodating. Lovely and clean. Close to just about everything you'd need. Was nice to see University of Michigan. The musuem of nature is worth checking out.

Alumni Reunion in AA

We had friends from across the country return to Ann Arbor to catch a game. This house served as a fantastic home base for us to both hang out, and head out to different parts of campus from. The home was spacious, clean and the yard was also fantastic for some warm weather tailgating. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and spacious stay in the heart of Ann Arbor.

Our group of six adult friends stayed at this property for a trip that was a combination of work and fun, and the place was perfect. It stayed cool despite the warm July weather, and there were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us.

A perfect place for Anyone attending Art Show

Our stay was great. We were atteding the Ann Arbor Art Show & the location of the property was 5 minutes from the show. The house is roomy, very clean, beautiful new kitchen & well stocked! Property owners were fantastic & checked in to make sure all was well. Look forward to staying there again next year!
