Welcome to the "World's Most Famous Beach" - Daytona Beach, FL! Ready for some vitamin Sea? Come stay at our non-smoking one bedroom condo with one queen size bed and a full size sofa bed with direct beach access! Breathtaking ocean view the moment you step inside. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, sink, microwave and stovetop. Come relax and watch the sunrise from our Private balcony and listen to the waves crashing.

One mile walk on the beach from the boardwalk and pier. Plenty of amenties for the whole family including, outdoor pool, gym, arcade, game room and shuffleboard. Free parking for one (1) vehicle and direct beach access. We look forward to hosting your stay!

**Please note - Sea wall has been repaired and Both pools are open!!**

Great Vacation

The condo was very nice. We were disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub as advertised. Pools were great, but only 1 lounge chair was available. They informed us that they were on order. Our room was very clean and bright with a great view. We had a great vacation!

Very relaxing and enjoyable

Everything was to our liking. My husband really enjoyed the ocean veiw, from sunrise to sunset. Waiting on our next weekend getaway, will defenitly book this room again. The Grayers

Elevator was out, that was a huge hurdle for us. The host answered me 1st time when I couldn’t get in the room. Knowing the host has no control over maintenance, the stay was perfect. Pool, sea wall and security was great!

#42 Birthday trip

Overall my stay was great. Just two minor issues the bathroom sink was stopped up and the bathroom light flickered when you turn it on & it flickered the entire time. Other than that the place was nice. I did wish that the patio balcony door had a hinge to hold the door open. I had to sit something up against it to keep the door open.

30 year anniversary

ONLY downfall is no temporary access to beach. Therefore Pool is very over crowded. But we loved our room and will be returning again.

Best Room

We had 40+ people in our group. 12 condos total! Perfect place, pool, front office and location! Our Vrbo was amazing. Hoping the ocean accessibility is completed soon! Our Condo was so clean! View priceless! Thank you again!

Very disappointed, the listing said wheelchair accessible and it was not. We couldn’t stay.

Very upset my mother is confined to a wheelchair, Online if you can read it says very clear wheelchair accessible, I couldn’t barely fit the wheelchair through the door, he offered another room with a bathroom with shower but it still wasn’t prepared wheelchair accessible, which was FALSE ADVERTISING and did not returned our money when we couldn’t stay at the property because it didn’t meet our needs like it said. I have photos to prove it. I was all day with my mother in almost 100 degree weather trying to find a room******BE VERY CAREFUL,**** NEVER AGAIN Very sad how people only think about MONEY

It was amazing!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights 6 days we had no problems! It was clean and it’s beautiful inside and right on the beach! The front desk people are very friendly it’s very clean the pool is really nice too! Parking is easy not hard to find a spot and we love the neighborhood around our stay! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Place was perfect for what we needed, clean, on the beach, and quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well also.

Close to the beach

Very close to the beach, pool on the property. Nice view from the room and the balcony. Parking is limited and first comes first serves. Overall very clean, except under the couch(someone’s feminine pad from previous stay). No toiletries, which was kind of upsetting. Bed sheets are synthetic and not breathable. They make you sweat at night in the cold room. Coffee machine, but no coffee… didn’t feel like the host cares about making guests feel welcomed. Many items in the kitchen are not useful but just to check the boxes. Not a waking distance from Daytona Famous Beach or food places. Prepare to drive.
