The Space:
This is a 3 bedrooms villa, the master bedroom has an attached full bathroom.
The other two bedrooms share another full bathroom and the third bathroom is outside at the pool house.
Fully loaded kitchen, big garden with the most beautiful view - sunrise and sunset.
Big and beautiful pool area with lots of sitting areas, pool accessories etc., a pool house attached with full kitchen.

We are open and welcoming guests during the winter season, and this listing is specially prepared for it. Please note that due to the villa’s location at the top of the hill, strong winds are common, and for this reason, the pool will remain closed.

For your comfort, an outdoor fireplace with logs is available, providing warmth that extends to the living room. We also offer warm and cozy bedsheets, and the villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and wall heating to ensure a comfortable stay.

Additionally, we include an electricity allowance of €15 per day, with any additional usage to be covered by the guests.

Villa Bella is located only 5 minutes from Agios Andreas village, where you can buy anything you need. Villa Bella is conveniently located, giving you the option of either visiting the sandy northern beaches and Rethymno city at a distance of 12 km, or reaching the spectacular beaches of the southern coast which are also just a few kilometers away.
