Petres 4 is a stylish, 100-square-meter villa nestled within a small complex of four exclusive properties, located on the outskirts of Mariou village in southern Crete. Just a short drive from pristine sandy beaches, this serene retreat offers breathtaking views of the South Cretan Sea and the surrounding natural landscape.



Designed on a single level, the villa features a bright, open-concept layout with a spacious living area. Relax on the large corner sofa or enjoy a meal at the dining table, all while gazing out at the private pool and sea beyond. A 55-inch TV with a Netflix subscription ensures cozy entertainment after a day of exploration.



The villa includes a fully equipped, modern kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with local ingredients. Two comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to four guests: one with a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and the other with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m each), which can be joined to form a queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) upon request. Both bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms with contemporary finishes.



Amenities include full air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and a private swimming pool (25 sq. m, 1.40 m deep) surrounded by outdoor seating and sun loungers—an ideal spot to soak up the sun and stunning sea views. Private parking is available directly in front of the villa.



A charming traditional tavern is just a short walk away in Mariou, while the vibrant seaside town of Plakias is only 4.6 km from the property, offering shops, cafes, restaurants, and water sports. The nearest beach, Damnoni, is just 3.5 km away and boasts crystal-clear waters and excellent facilities.



To make the most of this beautiful region and its hidden gems, a car is highly recommended.

Fabulous!

We were met by the owner upon arrival and he couldn’t have been more kind and informative , not only is the villa modern and clean but the view from the balcony is incredible!! The nearest restaurant is delicious and we just had the best time:) can’t recommend enough.

Logement agréable mais onereux pour un emplacement médiocre et divers inconvenients

Logement agréable et spacieux avec sa piscine. Mais trop onereux vis à vis des équipements, de la propreté et de l emplacement. Les équipements de cuisine sont minimals donc ne pensez pas faire de la cuisine. La salle de bain est envahie par des moucherons dans les évacuations; logement est idéal si la foule sur les plages ne vous gêne pas.

Immer wieder traumhaft!

Wir reisen seit Jahren an die Südküste Kretas und haben mit diesen Villen unsere optimale Unterkunft gefunden. Wer Ruhe sucht und kein Problem damit hat, auf ein Auto angewiesen zu sein, wird hier fündig.Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktioniert reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Besitzerin ziemlich unfreundlich, Agentur sehr freundlich und professionell. Service gut, Personal sehr nett. Übergabe der Wohnung sehr hektisch und unter Zeitdruck. Wohnung schön groß und hell und innen geschmackvoll gestaltet . Einiges auf der Terasse aber schon ungepflegt, heruntergekommen : die Sonnenliegen fleckig, ein Rattansofa in Auflösung, der Wäscheständer verrostet, die Farbe im Pool abblätternd.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Es wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden alle 3 Tage gewechselt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Einzige Anmerkung, die Außenterrasse könnte etwas schöner gestaltet werden, sie ist sehr kahl. Ein paar Blumenkübel oder Olivenbäume würden es aufwerten und gemütlicher machen :-)

Wir waren froh aus diesem Betonhaus auszuziehen

Die Wohnfläche beträgt höchstens 75 m2- die Terrasse ohne jede Beschattung oder Bäume,Pflanzen kann man nicht mitrechnen.Sehr hellhörig -innen alles Gipskartonwände.Die terrasse ist nur abends nutzbar.Die Baustelle direkt davor störte enorm-daneben liegt eine Menge Baumaterial f.den nächsten Bau.Der Pool war 2 Tage nicht nutzbar da von der Baustelle total verdreckt-dann versagte der Motor noch.Der Pool ist nicht gefliest sondern mit abblätternder Farbe gestrichen.Küchenutensilien sehr spartanisch( 1 gr u ein kleiner Kochtopf f. 4 Personen.)Fußläufig nur eine Taverne ,kein Bäcker im Ort-man muß nach Plakias fahren.Wir haben uns den Urlaub erholsam vorgestellt in Ruhe und Schatten auf der Terrasse. Wie wir es erlebt haben wesentlich zu teuer.

Room(s) with a view!

Wir waren begeistert von der tollen Lage und der schönen Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung! Der herrliche Blick von der Terrasse ist sensationell! Alle drei Tage wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt, jeden Tag der Pool gesäubert. Andreas und seine Geschwister sind sehr aufmerksame, zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeber und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sehr willkommen fühlt. Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und -eisen stehen zur Verfügung sowie auch zusätzlich zur Kaffeemaschine eine Nespresso Vertuo Kapselmaschine. Absolut empfehlenswert!! We were thrilled by the great location and the beautiful furnishings of the apartment! The magnificent view from the terrace is sensational! Every three days bed linen and towels were changed, every day the pool cleaned. Andreas and his siblings are very attentive, accommodating and friendly hosts and make you feel very welcome. Washing machine, ironing board and iron are available as well as a Nespresso Vertuo capsule machine in addition to the coffee machine. Absolutely recommended!!!

Excellent week you

We arrived in the early hours of the morning, and Andreas has kindly bought some essentials for us ie/ bread, milk etc that we had asked for. The views are breathtaking, the villa has everything you need, really clean and spacious for the four of us, great showers and bathrooms. Fab pool, which saw lots of action. You do need a car, we used taxis for the week, only 9 euros to Plakias. Some great restaurants including Mariou Taverna within walking distance and others in Plakias.
