This luxury condo is situated right in the heart of Downtown Naples in La Galleria on the corner of 3rd St S and 12th Avenue. Just 2 short blocks to the beach. Offering expansive views of the stunning Gulf sunsets and the quaint Olde Naples shoppes and restaurants. The beautiful and bright full pocket sliders offer indoor outdoor living with open lanais and balconies. West facing lanai offers beautiful sunset views, while the south facing lanai overlooks one of Naples hot spots, The Bevy. Just steps away to many shoppes, dining and live entertainment. Condo offers a spacious open floor plan encompassing three en-suite bedrooms, a fourth bedroom with full bathroom. Two great rooms, fully equipped for entertaining with many flat screen tv's, pool table and two separate full kitchens with natural gas for in home cooking. All bedrooms have private lanai access. Great opportunity for a large family or group. Condo has privacy doors to separate the condo, with a private entry, live like two separate condos if you choose. Pets allowed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.

Great Location

Great location near 3rd Street South

We loved our stay in this Condo. Large, open spaces and well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out if needed. Just a walk down the steps and you are in the heart of 3rd Street South dining and shopping. Lots of fun playing pool in the game room. Our dog loved to stretch out and relax on the balcony after a long walk. Looking forward to our next visit!
