Located in downtown Ft Wayne. Second level Triplex apartment (requires ability to walk up flight of stairs). One bedroom with queen bed. Balcony spanning the width of the apartment with cityscape view. Ceiling fan and cable televisions in bedroom and living room. WiFi. New furnishings and appliances.
Restaurants, coffee shops, Embassy Theater, Grand Wayne Center, Botanical Conservatory, Allen County Library, Houses of Worship, Parkview Field all within walking distance ( 5 min) of apartment.
The space
This 100 year old home is now a newly refurbished triplex in Downtown Fort Wayne. The original footprint of the home remains. Street parking options are available as well as an alley-entrance garage.
This space is not child-proofed and is more suitable for adults.
Guest access
The entire apartment is available for guest use.

Perfect for business stay
Why ever stay in the downtown hotels when this is literally right there on the other side of the ballpark. Great location, quiet, clean, and secure and with all you need to get your work done. Starbucks is like 3 houses and across the street away. And also all that downtown has to offer is just a walk away. Copper Spoon is right there, Proximo, Marquee, Nawa and the Landing a few more blocks, and a 3/4 mi jaunt to Penny Drip (best coffee house on the planet). Owners are super easy to work with absolutely no problems, get in, get er done, get out. And enjoy the patio if you get the second floor B unit. I travel for a living and I wholeheartedly recommend.

My son and I stayed at this property for a week! It was super cute and very convenient! Lots of delicious restaurants, great coffee shops, and the TinCaps stadium all a short walk away! Loved having my coffee on the deck every morning!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely perfect location! Walking distance to any and everything your heart desires.
My husband and myself came to Fort Wayne for the Thunderbirds Air Show at the Fort Wayne Air Force Base. We had no idea we would be falling in love with this property, this city, the people, and all the happenings. Location. Location. Location. There’s no words to tell you how convenient it is to EVERYTHING! Yet, the coziness of the apartment makes you feel like you are escaping the hustle and bustle of every day life. The property owner has thought of every detail right down to a lint roller! 5 STARS across the board!!!! Would 10 out of 10 stay again!!
