Completely renovated by one of the most creative interior designers in the area with an unusual level of inspiration, personal artwork, magnificent design, and conversation pieces. Kathy is an exceptionally rated Superhost, and you will walk into an incredibly clean house, comfortable furniture, new appliances, and all new mattresses. Centrally located in the city near the beautiful Lakeside Park and Rose Garden and a beautiful backyard enclosed with a privacy fence.

Charming House

We stay at this property for a weekend. It is a great place to stay. The house is charming and very nice to stay at. It is in a great location to most everything you would like to do. The owner is amazing she answers questions quickly and is very sweet lady. We enjoyed our time at the house together and would definitely stay again and recommend this property to Friends and family.

Charming rental in good location

It is clear the owners have put a lot of thought in to the design of this home. Lots of character and great amenities. The location is just north of downtown and feels close to anything in Fort Wayne. I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable Business Trip

This was a great and affordable option for an extended business trip. Comfortable beds and furniture for relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. Great, central location in Fort Wayne if you are interested in exploring the many options the city has to offer. Will definitely look this place up again.

Very nice

I would definitely recommend this house. It was very clean and accommodating. The owner was very gracious to let us check in early so that we could freshen up and get dressed for a funeral. Thank you so much!

Girls weekend Getaway

My friends and I needed some girl time. With the central location it worked well for all of us to meet here with friends coming from Michigan and Indiana. The house was immaculate. There were several bars and restaurants within walking distance and shopping close.

Lovely, convenient, quiet

The house was charming, clean and comfortable. Restaurants within walking distance and downtown Ft. Wayne easily accessible. Neighborhood is very walkable with a wonderful park close. Great place to stay!

I did not stay other than to use shower. Friends are here and I stayed with them. Lots and lots of home fragrance would’ve given me allergies.

Wedding party stay

My bridal party and I absolutely loved our stay here! Plenty of room for each of us to have our own space to sleep and room downstairs to play games and bond. The backyard is adorable and was perfect for my pups! The host responded quickly and was so sweet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Kathy and her Vrbo are amazing. The house is set up very nicely, the kitchen is beautiful, and the bedrooms are just lovely! Kathy also anticipated our needs and had so many extra touches to make our stay excellent.

Quiet neighborhood with a small local market and breakfast place. Host was delightful! Comfortable home away from home after a long road trip from Connecticut.

VRBO stay in Fort Wayne IN

The house was clean, and is as pictured in the listing. It is well equipped with everything needed. Our group of three married couples were very comfortable during our stay. We didn’t encounter any major issues, but we did find the bathtub floor was very slippery and could benefit with a bath mat. The fresh cookies were a nice welcome gift. Dealing with the hostess was very easy, Kathy responded to my question about parking immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect-family wants to return!

A beautiful home in a great location. My kids and I, ages 4-12, all had our own space in the four comfortable bedrooms. She had everything; lots of extra soft blankets, toiletries, keurig coffee and creamer! It is located close to all activities, downtown, mall, and blocks away is Lakeside Park which has tennis, pickleball, walking path, and a large playground. Our 3 night stay was a joy and the kids all want to come back soon!
