We have 4.9 star super host status on abnb contrary to what a single review says on vrbo.

Apartment with fully updated kitchen and appliances in past few years. Owner lived in previously. Kitchen with granite, black stainless appliances, dishwasher, new cabinets, garbage disposal. Washer/Dryer. Nice shades in living room/kitchen. Blackout shades in Bedroom/bathroom. Bathroom marble top sink. Shower with great water pressure. Entry way storage for bike or anything else. Attic storage if needed. Flat screen TV with Roku. Gig WiFi Internet. Central heat/air. 2 pull out futon/beds

The apartment is very clean and quiet. There is a bagel shop across the street that’s good for a quick breakfast. There is also a CVS nearby and an Enterprise if you need to rent a car. Location is good if you have a car. The kitchen is very comfortable.Our host Tim sent us clear and easy instructions for check in.

Quiet place

Check in was easy, the place was nice. I like that there is easy parking.Would stay here again if I travel this way in the future.

Great place to stay while visiting family

The apartment is well maintained with lots of amenities and the off street parking is a real plus. There is a rotary park nearby for walking. The neighborhood is safe and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we come back to visit family.

Plenty of space

This was our second stay at the property. It is well stocked and spacious. Convenient for us visiting our son who is attending Arcadia University.

Cozy and Secure

Host was very responsive. Good location. Parking lot rather than street parking a plus. Secure location and very well-lit parking area and building at night. Easy check in and check out.

Lots of Space

We enjoyed our stay and there is plenty of space, particularly for two people. There is a business below the apartment, but there was no noise issues. The apartment is well stocked and comfortable. We will stay again next time we are visiting nearby family.

Family history research

We were doing some research work and found the overhead lighting inadequate. We made do with the lamps available. Oversell we were pleased with our stay.

It was just okay ~

It was an okay place to stay for a wedding we attended. I have privately shared with the owner some our our concerns and he never got back to me… hummm.. what he did renovate was nice. Location was quiet for the weekend, however, during the week I suspect it will be noisy. Check in was easy. Just okay….

Family reunion in Philadelphia

The bedroom was listed as having two beds, a double bed and a twin bed. This was a misrepresentation. There was only one double bed. We planned on having more sleeping space for two senior adults. The living room had inadequate lighting for reading on the couch at night.
