Small town home away from home

Welcome to your home away from home. The Martin house is a perfect getaway for small town festivities. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, the upstairs bedrooms have a king and 2 twin beds. The sofa also pulls out to make a full bed. The kitchen has all of the essentials including a double wall oven, gas stove, and microwave. There is a weber gas grill on the back patio. The garage has a pool table, tv, and comfy seating. With 4 acres of land and a fire pit you will have plenty of space to spend time outdoors. The home includes a dining room with a table to fit the whole family as well as a screened in porch. There are bicycles that you are welcome to use to ride around town. The home is newly renovated in neutral colors and most furniture and beds are new.

The property is very nice and has a huge backyard, it’s conveniently located within a short walk to CVS and a quarter mile from downtown. The owner was very easy to work with. We will definitely stay there again.

This home was a great house design for our family trip to the area. We all especially enjoyed the game room. The owner has literally thought of everything you might need or want from bikes to games to puzzles. The kitchen is well equipped, as are the bathrooms. We appreciated two bedrooms being separate from the other two bedrooms. We would definitely rent this home again!

The host was amazing and worked with us to accommodate our last-minute need to accommodate family coming in from out of town. The home was clean and setup perfectly, including a firepit, cornhole, and converted garage to game room. There was plenty of room and seating for everyone to enjoy each other's company, We will absolutely recommend and utilize this property in the future. THANK YOU!!

The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the backyard and firepit area. The screen porch is very nice especially in the morning to enjoy your coffee.

Home was comfortable, nicely decorated, and bedrooms were furnished with good linens and mattresses. Kitchen had everything we needed. Linda provided entry instructions and checked in with us, answered our question about shopping promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Away

The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend away. The home is 10 minutes from Turkey Run State Park and we enjoyed lots of hiking. Great place to stay.

Beautiful and Clean

Such a nice clean place to stay. Plenty of room and the owners thought of everything to accommodate their guests. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

This lovely property is on the edge of Rockville so it has easy access to town but seems more in the country. It is 5 acres of trees and rolling grass. We also like to provide a personal touch to the home and grounds.
