Very nice accommodations

After a long ride on motorcycles, our lodging was a welcome respite from the road. Very comfortable and clean for five guys over 50 years old.

It was a long walk to the pool area and car parking but the room itself was great for a family with little kids!

Very pleased with our experience and looking forward to our next stay! The property had everything available we could want for a pleasant, comfortable, and safe vacation. The grounds were very well kept, beautiful, and right on the beach. Would highly recommend to a friend.

Great vacation

The location is perfect, close enough to town but not in town. Beautiful area, amazing sunsets. The condo was a little dated but overall it was a good condition and clean. We wish we had known to bring paper products and trash bags.

Best Condo Ever!

My family has been coming to this beach for over 40 years. This was by far the best condo we've stayed in! My kids all had their own beds and the A/C worked perfectly the whole time. We were close to the beach but removed from the pool (making it nice and quiet) with very little foot traffic. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We will be staying again! Thank you!

June on the Beach

We are looking to move to San Carlos full time, and wanted to see what it is like in June. The condo was great and so close to the beach. It was easy to take paddleboards to and from our shade tent. We saw dolphins several times, and even paddleboarded with them twice! Super fun.

Short stay for work

I needed a neat clean condo near the beach while I conducted business at the industrial park in Guaymas for a few days. This unit worked out great for my wife and me. A few things in the condo were tired and could be updated like towels and sheets. We saw lots of pelicans and dolphins in the bay!

Comfortable place to stay right off the beach in San Carlos

The condo in person was better than the pictures posted. It was very spacious for our family of 4. The location was safe and right next to the beach. They had some beach items, such as chairs and boogie boards. The owner was responsive. Make sure you give the names of the guest and car information to the owner. I didn't check my email and got charged an additional $75 fee for not having that information ready. It was my mistake though but would like to help anyone that doesn't check their email on a regular basis with an upcoming stay at this place. Overall, we loved our stay here and I would stay at this condo again without question. Staff is friendly and pool was great for the kids.

Very nice, but a few misses

The condo is very beautiful and the location is great! However, a couple of little things we wanted to note would have earned this 5 stars: 1) no paper products(toilet paper, paper towels) 2) stained sheets on master bed 3) no dish/laundry soap 4) window in 2nd bath is in shower and open to common walkway- no privacy 5) hot water heater wasn’t lit, we had to track down maintenance man who was very nice and helpful! Overall, the condo is well appointed, clean, quiet, and great location! The feedback is more for the property management than the condo owner. She was responsive to all emails! Would rent again!

Wonderful Location

Property has ocean views and it is a very short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was mosquitoes due to season but we just got bug zapper and spray at Home Depot in nextdoor town.

Great Place

The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities you might need (except for iron). This condo is located very conveniently close to the beach, literally ten steps, and also very close to the pool. Roxanne is very nice, flexible, and responsive. We plan on coming back! The only thing that was not smooth was the check-in. Checkin is at 4 PM, however; at that time the main office is closed already. The guard is able to check you in, and mentioned that the office was already closed because check-in is at 3PM, a little inconsistency there. Just know that check-in is long, they are very strict with security but is the only time you will have to deal with the security guard as they give you all that you nee to come and go from the premises.

We purchased this newly built property in 2007 to have a great place for our family to relax! It is a quick 6 hour drive from our home in Tucson and we love the last minute escape to the beach. We think you will love it!
