Perched on a one of a kind point on Balsam Lake, you'll enjoy incredible views of Dixie Bay! This property offers three outdoor entertaining spaces including a boathouse rooftop patio, flagstone fire pit and a covered porch. The spacious open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen in the 2,000 sq. ft. cabin offers a great space for families to enjoy time together. Get some rest after a day of fun in one of the cozy bedroom areas which include; one large bedroom on the main level with a king bed and a desk which is perfect for those who sometimes work a little while they play, another large bedroom on the second level with a king bed and amazing water views which is truly a vacation retreat, and a large second story loft serving as a bunk room with two twin beds, one queen bed and one full sleeper sofa. You have got to see the water views from the loft balcony!!

Bring the boat too, this property offers two guest boat slips! Dock the boat at one of the two waterside bar/restaurants and enjoy a bite to eat, gas up at the marina and shop their dockside store, or dock right in town and enjoy all that the lakeside Village of Balsam Lake has to offer; shops, bars/restaurants, a market & brewery and more!!

Wonderful place

Great lakeviews, patio, boat house top, and the inside was beautiful. The address didnt match but if you use google maps to get there then the location is accurate. Be aware that when u drive down the slope driveway with a trailer, there is little room to turn around so be careful. We did fine. Highly recommend a stay.

What a view! If you love the lake, you’ll love your stay. We made a quick trip to Balsam Lake. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities.

We can’t wait to go back to this wonderful spot on Balsam Lake. The property was exactly as described and worked beautifully for our extended family with plenty of space for everyone and all the amenities you’d expect for the perfect lake getaway.

Wonderful location

Property was situated on the best part of the lake. The views were amazing. The house was clean when we arrived and we were so thankful the owners allowed our furry family members. The mattresses could use some updating but otherwise we’d love to visit the property again as the owner was very responsive.

Great weekend stay!

We had 5 adults and a small dog stay here for the weekend. It was the perfect size place. We had plenty of room! We didn't luck out with weather but were easily able to use the internet to work one of the days and make a fire/watch a movie on the others. Great location on the lake!

Everyone had a fantastic time! The location, the view, the house, the lake; our kids said it was the best vacation ever! Lots of swimming, boating, playing yard games, grilling, it was a blast from the start to finish! Perfect place for a family vacay!

Excellent Cabin

We stayed at this cabin on Balsam Lake for our annual February fishing trip with our family. It was perfect! Very clean. Lots of space. It had everything we needed for making meals. We also had lots of luck fishing, which was an added plus! We would definitely return.

Exceptional property on beautiful Balsam Lake!

The trip exceeded our expectations! The host was quick with communication, the cabin was well appointed, the fire pit was great & the views were spectacular! We couldn’t have asked for more! This will be our go to rental in the future! Highly recommend!

Balsam Lake

We had a wonderful stay:) Our family has been coming to balsam lake for years and years and it was so nice to feel “at home” at this rental. So many activities to do outside. Both of my older boys said the beds were very comfortable:) We all slept wonderfully and I enjoyed my coffee in the morning while a walked the neighborhood, before heading out to fish on our boat. Definitely recommend and would highly rent again in the future.
