About this space
This Beautiful newly remodeled 2- story beach house has 4 bedrooms and a Day Bed that sleeps 2, 3 full bathrooms and a private pool (not heated). The house sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably and is ONLY, a two minute walk from a beach access. It is cleaned and sanitized before every check-in.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED TO BOOK IS 25 YRS!!!

Great location!

We stayed at this property December 23rd-28th, 2024. We had family including 5 adults, children 16, 13, 12 and 8 year olds. There was plenty of room for us all. At check in I had not recieved the code, messaged the owner and she sent it over quickly.

Not great

Still sand and trash from previous party. Not enough bath towels. Noticed rat poop outside near back doors. Some furniture was not functional-for example in bunk bed room, the handles to drawers fall off soon as you pull to open, the bottom bunk mattress is really bad, you can feel the board on your back. Some decorative things were tilted such as the pelican standing on table in living room. No access to garage. The alarm is really loud, so anytime some opens any doors you can hear it announce loud downstairs which was not family friendly when you have an infant going to bed by 8 pm and teens and adults still up going in and out. Hot tub is not hot. Pool is fine. There were other little things I’m sure I’m forgetting. The only great thing was the location. Beach access was right across.

Family getaway

We had a family reunion of 12 and this house accommodated us very comfortably. Lots of space, private pool, large gathering area, it was great! Beach was just a quick walk from house. Would love to book again! Great communication with host.

Highly recommend!

This location was beautiful and fully equipped for a wonderful & stress free stay. The location was so convenient! Quick walk to the beach and the bar and grill for a night out. Thank you for an amazing stay!
