Sit and relax on the lanai overlooking the magnificent golf course and watch the sunset over the ocean views. This condo has all you need for a perfect stay on the Big Island of Hawaii. Your tropical home away from home has been almost completely remodeled and all appliances were recently upgraded, including a new BBQ/grill on the lanai. This is the place to enjoy your Hawaii holiday, relaxing with all the amenities you need. It is close to two famous "World Class" beaches.
The owners belongs to the Mauna Kea Club which allows guests the option to purchase a pass to use all the resort facilities at the Mauna Kea and the Hapuna Prince resorts. This means golf and tennis at discounted prices, fitness and Spa areas, dining, etc. With the Amenity package you will receive the perks and services of the two world class Resorts on the property, the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Prince, The resorts charge an extra fee for this. Very nice condo!

First; communication with property manager was very good. All of my questions were usually answered within a few hours. Next; the property is very well maintained with quality furniture and bedding. My wife commented several times how much she appreciated the decor. Relaxing environment with nice appliances, plenty of utensils. Grill on the patio is a plus. Sunsets and whale watching from the lani was one of the best features of our trip. I usually try to rent bottom floor condos for a grassy access beyond the lani, but this condo has such a good view from the second floor, it's well worth it. Access to nearby Mauna Kea resort and beaches was a selling point for us. We enjoyed all of it and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Excellent Week

We had an amazing week in Hawaii and the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed, towels, coffee Maket, beautiful view, etc. Location was outstanding and it was spotless when we arrived. The best part was watching the sunset from the deck.

Great spot for sunsets

This condo is perfect. It’s spotless, well-equipped (kitchen and towels) and beautifully situated to watch the sunset each evening. The BBQ on the lanai is a rare find. Complex is clean and quiet. The property manager Bob is the most responsive of any I’ve dealt with among dozens and dozens of VRBO rentals usually replying within seconds. A minor maintenance issue was resolved immediately. The optional amenity package is worth every penny. Will definitely rent again.
