Our Condo is finally finished from our remodel and it’s so beautiful! We installed brand new flooring throughout, new paint, ceiling fans in each room, new furniture and decor. It’s inviting and cozy and has everything you need for your next stay.
Stay a week, a month or as long as you desire. The perfect desert getaway! 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom + Den with Queen Sofa Sleeper (Sleeps 6) + workspace. Stay awhile and enjoy all things our beautiful desert has to offer. Located on the Golf Course on the fairway of Hole 2. Pool + Hot Tub just a few homes down. Enjoy a Cocktail on the Patio, Relax + enjoy your time in the Desert. Just steps away from one of the 21 heated pools and jacuzzis, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and clubhouse offering all day dining, bar service and live music.

Stay less than 28 days there is an 11% Occupancy Tax invoiced on your stay per the City of Palm Desert. Stay longer than 28 days to avoid paying this Tax.

Close to shopping centers, the new Acrisure hockey arena, fine dining, casinos, tennis tournaments and concerts.

Short Term Pickleball + Tennis Memberships - A seasonal Pickleball membership can be purchased for $350 USD per person for locals and snowbirds. We also have a "Couple" deal for $600! (only available for those who live together). The price for a Tennis Membership is $250 for a seasonal membership and $400 for a couple. We also offer short-term memberships for visitors for $75 per week and the Monthly Price is $150. You may arrive at 10:30am and depending on availability, you may start play. Note: Our Seasonal membership is NOT pro-rated. Every seasonal membership is the same price and ends at the same time (May 31st of the current year) no matter when you sign up! In addition, the price for week and month memberships are subject to change during the months of November 1st to March 31st.

This Community is so close to so many fun things to do in the desert. We are only 4 miles from the new Acrisure Hockey Arena, 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 7 Miles to the El Paseo shopping district, 10 Miles to Coachella music Festival and Stagecoach music Festival, we are surrounded by so many beautiful golf courses, Restaurants, hiking trails and much more. Its a great location in Palm Desert.

Excellent!

This property was so inviting, we were welcomed with a thank you card and welcome basket full of snacks and a bottle of wine. We would definitely recommend staying here, and in fact already shared the property with others!

Great place for young family

We had the pleasure of staying in Riley’s residence in Palm Desert Resort. The neighbors were friendly, the location is beautiful, the location is perfect for traveling into any of the neighboring cities out quick access to the freeway. Inside the furnishings were large and comfortable. All the amenities we needed were available. Riely was very responsive and we hope to starting here again in the future. Thank you!

Palm desert

Overall, the stay was good. Neighbours were really nice and overall feel was peaceful. There were barely any spices and oil, vinegar etc was non existent so be reminded that you’ll need to buy those items. Upon departure, I was not allowed to stay one extra hour ( check out is 10:00am) even though the departure list is a little over the top when you leave. Not sure why I paid a cleaning fee when I did 85% of the work. I would rate this vrbo 3.5/5

Wonderful from beginning to end!

We were delighted upon our arrival to find a lovely basket of welcome goodies! Really nice selection of treats which we were most grateful for. The home is very clean and feels almost brand new! I don't think the bbq had ever been used! The cupboards contained plenty of glasses, dishes, mugs, cooking utensils and pots and pans. Everything we needed was there. Since we were here for a pickleball tournament it was great to be able to walk to the courts...less than 5 minutes away. Perfect location! The day before we were to leave I realized our flight was later in the day and the Owner very graciously allowed us a late check out, which was so helpful. An extremely good experience and I cannot recommend this property highly enough. We will be back!
