Summer Beach trip 2023

It was a beautiful home in a great location. The property owner was very thoughtful in providing all the amenities. The home was very convenient to beach and in a residential area, but very close to restaurants and social activities.

Perfect Home

We come to LBI every year and this year was the best. The house was absolutely amazing. Great location, spacious home with beautiful views. House was spotless and rooftop deck with new furniture was perfect. Working with the owner was easy and he was incredibly helpful. Quiet little street that was near everything, yet far enough away. We definitely plan to return.

Great place and great location!

Anthony is very attentive and the house is great. More than enough paper towels, toilet paper and beach chairs. Sonos sound system is great throughout the house and the rooftop deck. Elevator was a key factor for my 84 year old parents. The pull out in extra room is not the best but the aerobed provided in that room was great. Views of the ocean and closeness to beach are awesome.

All you need is your bathing suit!

Everything was perfect with this property and communication with the owner was excellent. Perfect location, house was beautiful, convenient to beach, roof top deck was amazing …just a perfect week away.

Beautiful House, Great Views & Awesome Location!

Our family really enjoyed this house and location. We've been coming to LBI since 1998 and this is one of the best rentals to date. This house has all the space you to enjoy week long vacation. Great ocean views from all decks. Kitchen was packed with everything you need to prepare 5 star meals. Love the fact that beach chairs, umbrellas and buggy boards were provided. We're already looking at booking this house again for Summer 2020. Owner Anthony was great providing information preparing us for our trip/renting his house. If/When available BOOK this house, you won;t be disappointed!

Perfect Vacation home for Family gathering

We knew we had a great home when we first visited this immaculate rental. By the end of our week stay we had so much fun we wish we had stayed longer. Perfect home for large family. We have 6 adults and 4 children ages 4 to 8. This was perfect because there was plenty of room to spread out and very comfortable sleeping (10). We had a minor problem with the blow-up mattress but once we notified Anthony he worked quickly with us to solve the problem. Views at night were fantastic especially from the roof top deck. Location was ideal as it was easy to transport the children to and from the beach without having to worry about crossing any streets. The location on the beach was ideal as well because at low tide the children could go further out because of the sandbar and still only be up to their waists. With the private drive that we were on the beach never got crowded. The elevator made it easy to move in and move out. Anthony has made sure we had more features in the house than you would expect in a rental from the large Weber grill on the deck outside the kitchen to the Kuerig Coffeemaker with complimentary supply of coffee for our use. We were also greeted with a nice bottle of wine! We've rented a number of vacation homes around the country and this is by far our #1 choice. If you are looking for a First Class Vacation Rental with ocean and bay views and easy access to the beach look no further. Hope to be back in LBI again at this wonderful family home.

Exceptional home on North Beach

This review is a joy to write because the home is beautiful, immaculate and has plenty to say about it. The home has a great floor plan and thoughtfully appointed. The large kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. The Keurig coffee maker with plenty of complementary coffee is a real treat and also the bottle of wine Anthony left for us to enjoy on the roof top deck. The dining room has a extra large table with plenty of seating for a large family to enjoy a meal together. The living room is close to the kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating. All the bathrooms and bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space. The rooms are full of natural light with all the windows in the home. Location is excellent with a private lane that leads to a spacious and quite beach. Anthony was great to work with and answered all my questions promptly. I fell in love with this home and did not want to leave.

Wonderful vacation home!

We have been visiting and renting homes in LBI for the last 15 years. This is our second consecutive summer renting this vacation home in North Beach. It is beautiful and my family and I really enjoy our time in LBI when staying here! The home is very clean and well maintained and the owner is easy to reach, very attentive to the property and a pleasure to deal with. The bedrooms are spacious and having two master bedrooms with king beds and each with it's own private bathroom is very nice. The open floor plan on the upper level is great and the beautiful kitchen has nearly everything you can think of. Having the Keurig and complementary coffee as well as paper towels, bath tissue, garbage bags, hand soap and tissues as well as beach chairs sweeten this rental even more. I can highly recommend this home to anyone visiting LBI!

Amazing!

We just spent a week in LBI, in this amazing house. When I was younger we rented a house in LBI every summer for two weeks and decided to start this tradition again with our two young children. This was so unlike any house I've ever rented. It was beautiful, spacious, spotless...and so close to the beach. I don't even want to review it for fear that others will read it and I'll miss out next Summer! Had to though...and an amazing owner too. Thanks Anthony!

Amazing look no further!

My family and I just stayed here from 9/15-9/29/2012. This house was amazing. The pictures do not even do it justice. We were very sad to leave this house. The owner is such a pleasure and provides so many extras from toilet paper, paper towels to coffee. The house was immaculate. We are very clean people and it was so nice to see this house was very clean. It had a open kitchen looking off to the large family room and dining room. This floor has the kitchen, dining room, and a 1/2 bath and a master suite. This master suite was wonderful and was the room I stayed in. We took my grandparents and the elevator was a God send. This house can cater to anyone. The view from the roof top deck was the best of both worlds one side was the ocean the other side the Bay. The surround sound for the whole house even made it more relaxing. We are already trying to plan for next year, two weeks was absolutely not enough, would like to stay for 1 month!

FINALLY, everything we've been looking for!!!

Anthony's rental home is just that, a home, not your typical rental property. Nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen. A meticulous cleaning service, (the only sand in the house was from us) 3rd house from the beach, so convenient, in quiet North Beach. Great rooftop deck with sound system for happy hour!! Our friends and family LOVED this house. We'll be back for sure!!!

FABULOUS BEACH HOUSE!

This has to be the best beach house on LBI. Super clean ... extremely spacious ... tastefully decorated and a great location! Anthony, the owner, was such a pleasure to deal with and is so accommodating! Welcomed with a bottle of wine is not a bad way to start a vacation ;-) The views were outstanding and if you are a cook - have no fear - all the essential cooking supplies are provided. We look forward to our stay next summer - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Best LBI Rental

We stayed for a week in August and it was the best rental experience we've had in LBI. Loved it. The house was beautiful, exactly as described. Tons of space on a very quiet lane. Gorgeous views from decks. Elevator made shopping so easy. Even the beach chairs were clean and comfortable. Anthony, the owner, was great to work with, so accomodating. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location on the quiet end of the Island. Gorgeous, pristine beach a few steps from the home. Immaculate, new home with every detail taken into consideration. The owner Tony is terrific.......When not on the beach, you will enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the roof top deck. This home will not disappoint.

Beautiful House & Location

We stayed here in late September 2010 and couldn't have had a better time. The house is beautiful and almost new and as clean as you can get. Anthony,the owner,was gracious and accommodating. The furnishings where inviting, very clean and comfortable something rare for a rental. All of the appliance are top notch including the front loading washer and dryer,and Jen- Air kitchen appliances. The house is stocked with many extras including a Keurig coffee maker and a generous supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels and other supplies too many to mention!! A small paved walkway to the beach made it easy to bring our supplies there. The in- house music system was a pleasant surprise. It was easy to operate and included music by cable, cd player and a place to dock your i-pod, that could be listened to in many rooms inside and out. Free wi-fi worked flawlessly. The elevator is a rare and great extra that made it a pleasure to un- pack our groceries etc... This was by far the nicest house we have ever rented on LBI. Thanks again Anthony!! We will be back.

Great family vacation home!

We've rented many homes on VRBO and this is one of the few that are actually better in person than online. The house is kept super clean and maintained very well. We, like the previous reviewer, were so happy to have see the furniture was not donated & used from some other home, but was new & comfortable. It was also great to rent a beach home that was decorated without the use of lighthouses and/or seashells. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils (again, new & matching) as well as great working appliances (a blender that actually crushed ice). There are built in speakers throughout the living room and decks, so all you have to do is plug in your iPod. The 2nd floor den/living area was great for the kids to enjoy a video while the parents relaxed on the 3rd floor. The views from all the decks were also amazing. We spent many hours just relaxing on the deck and listening to music. It was also really nice to have the outdoor shower, which was also private and well maintained. The owner was totally responsive to us when we had a question on move in day and made sure we were satisfied with everything. I would 100% rent this property again!

Fabulous Find

We spent one our best family vacations at this fabulous beach house at the beginning of August. The location is absolutely perfect. The house is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. We were steps away from the beach which was beautiful and not crowded at all. We were able to bike out to the Barnegat Lighthouse as well as to Surf City to pick up the seafood for the evening's meal. The rental process was easy and the house was spotless. The open floorplan is wonderful for entertaining. All of the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Amazing Week At LBI

I just stayed at this home the week of June 26th. I've rented several houses with my family over the years and this was, BY FAR, the best experience I have had. I can truly say that the pictures posted don't do the house or view justice. Sitting at the dining room table, I had a great view of the ocean every single day. The elevator was wonderful and my 93 year old grandfather had no problems at all with it. I also was traveling with my 18 month old son. The elevator was completely safe for my son. He tried several times to open the door to the elevator, but couldn't if it wasn't there. I found the elevator to be completely safe and was wonderful to have. There are hardwood floors throughout the house, but when we entered there was not one spec of sand or dust anywhere. The whole house feels and looks like everything is brand new. Also not mentioned is that there is an outdoor shower. Every day when we returned from the beach we used it and it was wonderful just to 'sand down.' The lane that you walk down to get to the beach from the house is also much shorter than it looks in the picture. My grandfather didn't even use his wheelchair to get there. Also, like other beaches, it's not a long long walk to the ocean across the sand, which was great. Moving to the inside: In other rental houses it's really been bare inside with no great amenities or decor. This home has wonderful decor - vases / fish statues (great!) / pictures that really make you feel you are at home. The furniture is also not 'leftover' from someone's house that they've overused. It's gorgeous and high quality and again makes you feel like you are at home. There is also a large tub with jets in the master bedroom, 2 more full baths, and 1 additional half bath (all in addition to the outdoor shower). The top sky deck you see in the picture has SUCH a wonderful view. There are even lounge chairs up there! The owner even left us with tissues & complimentary coffee in his Keurig to have every morning. These little touches and MUCH MORE (lest of which includes beach chairs --how amazing not to have to fit your own in the car!) made it such a wonderful vacation. I can't even mention all of the great wonderful extras left for us there were so many. I implore you to rent this home, you won't regret it.
