The unit offers sleeping for 6 and a full kitchen with washer and dryer. It is located on the south side of Anchorage, in a comfortable, safe neighborhood with easy highway access.

2 bedrooms both with queen beds and a futon in the living room, sleeps 6. 10 min from the airport 5 min from shopping mall. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place at a reasonable price than you have found it.

Awesome Stay

Not only was Alaska beautiful, but our stay at this cozy B&B was everything we expected and more. Not sure if we'll ever be in Anchorage again, but this 1st time will me memorable all the way around. Thank you for helping with my daughter and I unforgettable memories ❤️

Excellent location for fishing trip to Seward and Homer. Very convenient to shopping and freeway.

Nice place met our expectations

Parking was okay but could use a slight upgrade and the hot water turned cold when in the shower but overall an enjoyable stay. ty

This property was just as advertised. Although it is a bit dated, it was very clean, and had everything we needed. It was a good value.

As advertised and perhaps better suited for guys

Three ladies visited with plans to head to Homer for a few days. This place was convenient to highway down to Homer and Seward. Booked one night when we got in to Anchorage and one night upon arrival back in Anchorage after visit to Homer. Lu was kind enough to provide a wine opener upon our return visit as no wine glasses or bottle opener available upon arrival. Heat was not working upon arrival when we arrived the last night but Lu was communicative re: matter. Very basic place to crash for a night or two.

Accurate name "Nothing Special, but cozy"

There were several positive things about the place: 1. The location was great with how close it was to the main roads, highways, parks, and airport. 2. The home was plenty big with several large rooms, couches, cots and sleeping options. 3. Plenty of hot water 4. Left several water bottles in the fridge for us 5. Had several seasonings that could be used Some small things that could be improved on: 1. Upon arriving, there was a cigarette butt on the floor near the trashcan 2. Kitchen could have had more silverware and baking sheets. 3. The stove wasn't cleaned and began smoking badly from something that had been previously spilled. We had to clean it in order to use it. 4. The carpeting was very old/worn, but fortunately it was clean and did not smell 5. The back yard or neighbors behind had about 7 cars/work trucks out there, which wasn't very aesthetically pleasing. 6. Internet was slow and occasionally stopped working. I reset the router twice on different days, which helped some. 7. Had a decent, large TV in the den Overall, it was ok for the money. If you aren't looking for luxury and need a crash pad, the place will work for you.
