Lovely lakeside getaway in Central NH

Everything about this property was wonderful! Extremely clean, and right across from a lake that was absolutely beautiful in early October. The attention to detail was amazing, seemingly every amenity was considered. Lisa is a thoughtful, diligent host as well. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to anyone!

OMG!!!!

My husband and I travelled around New England and stayed at multiple locations. Yet this was our favorite! We both agree that we would (will) stay again but this time for several days rather than just one night! Lisa though!!! I think we should be friends! Lovely stay

We found this place once we booked concert tickets at Bank Pavilion NH months in advance, and thought it to be a good location to stay. Communication with our host was immediate and accommodating, which was much appreciated since we were traveling from out of state. The coziness of the place was great, and the attention to detail within the decor and the comforts made it feel welcoming and inviting. We had access to everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and look forward to returning next time a concert comes to town! Highly recommend!

Cute cozy cottage

Colorful, tastefully appointed cozy cottage. Host has thought of everything to make your stay in this tiny house and in the area comfortable & wonderful. Host is extremely responsive & very thoughtful. Busy neighborhood on a holiday weekend.

Remarkable and memorable

Lisa, your host, thinks of everything!!! I have traveled for business for decades and I am therefore very VERY picky... And she has this place set up for your every need right down to USB port outlets and power strips. Highly recommend staying here. We will return.

Lovely cottage

This property was just as advertised. Cute cozy little home and Lisa had all the right touches for an excellent day. It was neat, clean and comfortable. Close to so many things depending on what you would like to do and Lisa had a book with great suggestions from restaurants, to hikes, to shopping and more. It had everything I needed. I hope to bring my husband back another time. Would love to visit in the fall. The outdoor area with a grill and fire pit was so nice to have along with the beach area only a very short walk away. Thank you Lisa.

Peaceful and relaxing getaway

We absolutely loved staying here, quiet neighborhood, close to the water, super comfortable bed, especially loved the outdoor seating area with fire pit. Will definitely be back. Thank you Lisa for being such an amazing host!

Birthday getaway

Lisa is a spectacular host and her property was gorgeous! My boyfriend, pup and I had a quiet, relaxing getaway from our busy lives. We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the views of the pond. I wish we had stayed longer, but we would definitely come back! Thank you again!! 😊

Cool place to stay

Only problem: occupants of unit on 1st floor have no lake view from indoor. Only window has a Street view. Porch of 1st floor is behind garage in fact and no access from Apt on porch. You also can view lake from patio on front of Apt but not in winter time of course.

Exactly what we needed

Comfortable, quiet, well kept place with an attentive host. I especially appreciated the excellent bed and the rain shower. The smart TV was perfect for just lumping around, and the house is perfect for access to hikes within an hours drive.

Two day get away

My husband and I ( and our dog Harley) really enjoyed our stay. The suite was cozy and had so many lovely touches that made it unique. We didn’t have “lake weather “ but were still able to enjoy hiking and good restaurants due to the location. Definitely would recommend this host- she responded quickly to any questions we had! Great spot, beer concert venue and Laconia. Perfect spot for quick getaway. Clean, comfortable. Wish we had a chance to use the outdoor area.

Perfect cozy cottage

Lisa is a perfect host. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations and we hope to come back and stay even longer. The cottage was perfect. Spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable we slept like logs. Loved the shower and all the organization of everything. Lisa made sure all necessary information was answered leaving no questions necessary. If searching for a relaxing getaway on a beautiful lake. This is the place. We enjoyed using the kayaks and loved listening to the loons which swam near us escorting us around the lake. So wonderful! Thank you Lisa for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cottage. We are looking forward to returning again!
