Enjoy breathtaking sunset views overlooking the blue waters of The Gulf of Mexico from the Studio apartment of this sixth-floor unit, steps away (5 minutes) from the renowned Wiggins Pass Beach. This fully renovated furnished studio boasts an open main living and dining area with gorgeous tile throughout, and a spacious kitchen with quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The inviting screened lanai is accessible from the main living area and offers incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Vanderbilt Towers are located in the highly desired Vanderbilt Beach area, which is only steps to one of the world's finest beaches, a great heated pool, and a rental boat dock, minutes away from Ritz Carlton, Mercato shopping and dining, and perfect for any beachgoers, boaters, and fisherman, being steps away from the white sandy beaches. As if this isn't enough V.T. is only minutes to Whole Foods, The Artis, Trader Joe's, and an almost endless amount of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. If you're looking for the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the Naples area has to offer, you've found it!

Please note 2 weeks minimum stay year-round. If you would like 2 weeks booking please contact us by email through VRBO. The communities require an HOA renter's application to be submitted 2 weeks prior to check-in for board approval. A perfect, relaxing month

We had a fantastic stay. We spent most of our time on the balcony—enjoying the gulf breezes, crashing ocean waves and the stunning sunsets. Apartment was comfortable and well appointed. A great central location, literally minutes to the beach on foot. Host Alex is very attentive and accommodating. Hope to return.

Walk to the Beautiful Beach

The area is first class, all renters and owners are so friendly. The condo has every amenity we needed for a relaxing vacation. Wonderful sunset view to end a perfect day. The owner is very attentive and helpful. We will return.

Winter getaway

Fantastic location being able to walk to the beach. Beautiful view from our balcony where we watched the sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was well equipped with all essentials. Highly recommend.

Beautiful gulf getaway

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was very well supplied. A short walk and we were on the beach. There were miles of beach to explore. The pool is very nice. The property manager was super helpful, when we had questions.We would definitely stay here again. It is just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I loved waking in the morning and looking out at the gulf from my bed. The condo has everything you need. The location is ideal with the Delmar Wiggins park around the corner. Loved the several morning walks on the beach. Found the people residing in the building to be friendly and helpful

Incredible

Incredible! Stayed in April. Everything was clean an in great shape. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated and updated throuhgout. It has everything you could need, including dishes and cooking supplies. The customer service and information that the owner provided prior to our arrival was extremely helpful. All communication with him was excellent. I received prompt replies, and he was always very courteous. The house is located within a short walking distance to the beautiful beach. We plan to stay at this condo, whenever possible, when we return to Naples.
