Duplex On the Bay, minutes to Cape May

Summary:

Welcome to Bayside Love, a HomeBody Rentals property! A duplex (2 separate floors/units) that sleeps up to 10 guests. Each unit has a private entrance, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, TV, bedrooms, heating/cooling, and WiFi. Its like getting two houses in one! The rate you see is for the entire house.



Bayside Love is 20 minutes (7 Miles) from Cape May, NJ.



The Space:

First Floor

Perfect for grandparents or anyone who can't climb stairs. The First Floor offers 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, eat-in kitchen (we do not have a dishwasher nor garbage disposal), TV, and family room. First bedroom offers a queen bed. Second bedroom offers a full bed. The sofa offers a queen size pull-out.



Second Floor

After a quick flight of stairs, the Second Floor offers 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen (we do not have a dishwasher nor garbage disposal), coffee bar, TV, and family room. All 3 bedrooms offer a queen bed. The kitchen has an island perfect for quick meals and additional meal prep space. The living room has a dining table, coffee bar (with traditional drip coffee, French press and Nespresso), sectional sofa, and TV.



The outdoor space includes covered dining for 10, fire pit, rocking chairs, outdoor shower with hot/cold water, hose, and lounge area. You will also have a use of a gas BBQ, access to 4 beach chairs, 2 bikes, cornhole, and 10 beach tags (For Cape May Beaches).



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home (both floors), outdoor space, laundry, driveway for 2 cars max. Do not park on the lawn. You may park directly on the street, in front of our home.



The Neighborhood:

For easy grocery shopping you have an Acme only 4 miles away.



For quick coffee, gas, etc, Wawa is .8 miles away.



CVS is .8 miles away.



Local favorites for ice cream, Fleck's is .8 miles away, and Philly favorite Mister Softy is 1 mile away.



Visit the Olive Branch for great Mediterranean food, with outdoor seating and BYOB, 1 mile away.



Villas Liqueur is located 1 mile away.



Other Things to Note:

We are directly located across the street from the Delaware Bay, and although you can swim/bath in the bay we do not recommend it. The tide goes in/out (creating tidal pools) and there are no lifeguards on duty. We feel the bay is perfect for walks and enjoying the view/sunsets. We recommend that you visit Cape May beaches. We provide beach tags for you.



You must pay to use Cape May beaches (only during the high season, end of May through beginning of September). Children under 12 are free. We provide you with 10 beach tags. Please be careful not to lose or misplace them. If beach tags are lost, you will be charged $50 per tag.



We provide you with linens and bath towels. We do not have beach towels; please be sure to bring your beach towels with you.



Please always wear shoes when walking in our grass. Our grass is a mix of sand, grass and cactus. Also please make sure children have shoes on as well.



WIFI TV: Smart TV allows you to login to your personal TV streaming services. We also have free channels. We do not provide cable TV.



We are pet friendly, one pet, under 50 lbs. Pet fee is $150. When booking, you must include your pet in the guest count/section. Please note that we do not have a fenced-in yard. You must be sure to keep your pet on a leash when outside.



Upon confirmation of your reservation, a check-in form will be sent to collect info for the $500 security deposit hold. The hold is taken upon your arrival and released one day after check out.
