Come enjoy the Upper Buffalo River Wilderness Area and the quaint town of Jasper, Arkansas, and relax in our cozy cabin overlooking a year-round rock bottom creek. Our three bedroom/two bath cabin is situated perfectly for both those that love nature and those that like the amenities of town close by. We are located 1.4 miles away from the town of Jasper, approximately 7 miles to either the Pruitt or Hasty river access on the Buffalo National River, and 10-20 minutes away from many wonderful day hikes, mountain biking trails and swimming holes.

Or, you may want to just sit, relax, and enjoy the sounds of the creek on one of the two porches overlooking the water. Our cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas and charcoal grill for enjoying meals in, or Jasper has several restaurants for those wanting a meal out. Creekside is fully furnished with linens, towels and bedding and has a full washer/dryer.

Creekside cabin has a bedroom and full bath downstairs, plus upstairs, via loft stairs, there is another full bath and private bedroom with a queen bed and tv. There is also a bonus loft area with two twin beds, new queen sleeper sofa and an additional sitting area. Creekside is perfect for a romantic getaway for two, a couples’ retreat or for a family vacation. If bringing little ones, please use caution with the loft stairs! The outside stairs make it convenient for carrying luggage up to the second story.

**We've made many updates in 2022--New couches with a roomier living area layout, new 43" Smart TV, new king bed, new bedding on all the beds, larger dining table, plus TV’s were added to the upstairs bedroom and loft.

If you’re looking for floating convenience, we are between the Pruitt and Hasty drop points and less than 5 minutes to grocery and all that Jasper has to offer. So, come enjoy a true mountain log-cabin (not rustic!) experience in the Ozarks at a get away perched above a beautiful babbling, super clear rock-bottom creek and make your memories here!

We had a great time with our family of 6 at this property! It felt pretty secluded, but was just a few miles from the grocery store and downtown Jasper. One of our favorite aspects of the property was definitely the creek right outside the front door. We really enjoyed exploring around it! We also enjoyed an amazing experience of laying in the front lawn and star-gazing one night.Just a note for your stay: we ended up buying some gallons of water from the store for drinking. The tap water had a very strong smell to it (likely typical for this area, so no big deal)... but, we found that it was just too much for us to try to drink it.

Beautiful and comfortable cabin! We loved our stay. Communication with our host was easy and response was quick. All details were provided ahead of time. Less than 5 minutes to downtown Jasper. Close enough to various outdoor activities such as hiking and the Buffalo River.

Thank you so much for taking time to write a review! And, for your sweet note in our Guest Book at the cabin. We loved the drawings and were happy to read that you and your son spent so much time on the creek! We love the creek too! We are sorry to hear you thought the 1/4 mile of county road was difficult for you, but this is a flat dirt road that can be navigated with any kind of vehicle. I would say our driveway is a little steep, but it is totally paved, so it's never been a problem for anyone. We are glad you were able to come enjoy our area and hope to have you back sometime!

Creekside is only a couple of minutes from Jasper where you can find local shopping, conveniences, restaurants and grocery. It is also only a short 7 minute drive to the Buffalo and close to wonderful hiking, exploring and world class mountain biking!
