Ottima base per le migliori spiagge del Salento

Monolocale a 5 min di macchina dal centro di S.P. in Bevagna e a 300m dal mare. Parcheggio davanti alla proprietà. Pietro e Angela sono molto gentili e super disponibili. L'appartamento è comodo per chi intende spostarsi e visitare il Salento e la Puglia. In 10-20 min si raggiungono le migliori spiagge (torre lapillo, punta prosciutto, pulsano). A settembre la zona è molto molto tranquilla, le cittadine più vicine sono a 15 min es . Manduria. Per mangiare sono consigliati Avetrana e Manduria. A S.P non abbiamo trovato un ristorante che ci abbia soddisfatto appieno. Grazie Pietro e Angela

Esperienza favolosa!

L'appartamento è curato, ben fornito e con preziosi comfort (come la doccia). Si trova in una posizione in cui è possibile visitare le più belle spiagge del Salento per questo consiglierei una macchina a chi desidera alloggiarvi e visitare i paesini vicini al meglio. Angela e Pietro sono molto ospitali e faranno di tutto per farvi sentire a casa vostra!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso

L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso. Dotato di ogni confort, quello che ti può servire lo si può eventualmente chiedere ai padroni di casa che gentilissimi non ti faranno mancare nulla compreso dolci sorprese per colazione come brosches e pasticiotti locali.

Super vakantie

Vakantiewoning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon. Locatie inderdaad minder dan 300 meter bij de zee vandaan. Wij waren er buiten het seizoen en dan is het er heerlijk rustig. Het is wel een locatie waar je dan een auto bij nodig hebt. Maar het is een heerlijk punt om vandaar uit de hak van Italie te ontdekken. Angela en Pietro geven je het gevoel dat je echt welkom bent en echt vakantie hebt. Heerlijke zelf gebakken taart/cake stond ons af en toe op te wachten als we thuis kwamen. Dank jullie wel voor jullie gastvrijheid! De vakantiewoning is precies zoals op de foto´s.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir (Paar) waren ca 2 Wochen da und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen ... die Wohnung ist geeignet für Alleinreisende oder Paare... sie sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, die Vermieter sind supernett und immer hilfsbereit ... zum Strand kann man laufen (ca5-10 min) , das Meer war herrlich , für diesen Teil von Italien braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto, dann kann man sich auch tolle Städte ansehen ...

Vacanza Straordinaria

Prima esperienza con Homeaway e non avrei potuto immaginare cosa migliore. L'appartamento si trova in un a posizione strategica a 20 minuti dalle migliori spiagge salentine dal nord al sud, per intenderci da campomarino a porto selvaggio. La spiaggia che dista neanche a 300 metri da casa è superba e con un mare fantastico. Per fare la spesa ci sono le due località a neanche 10 minuti di macchina, Avetrana e San Pietro, con tutte le utilità possibili da trovare. La casa è pulita e tenuta benissimo con mobilia perfettamente nuova e di ultima generazione, da applauso la cabina doccia stile relax, con musica luci e multigetti. Angela e Pietro i due proprietari, sono stati gentilissimi, accoglienti e coccolosi: è difficile trovare in una casa vacanza chi ti offre dolci fatti in casa per colazione. Migliori persone non si potevano incontrare. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a tutti quelli che vogliono una vacanza in relax in una posizione strategica per potersi muovere autonomamente (ovviamente in macchina) e che con pochissimo tempo possono raggiungere luoghi paradisiaci da vivere. Personalmente la nostra esperienza è stata nel periodo di inizio settembre ed è stato assolutamente fantastico. Sceglietelo non vi pentirete. Première expérience avec Homeaway et nous ne pouvions pas imaginer une chose meilleure. L'appartement se trouve dans une position super stratégique à 20 minutes des meilleurs plages salentines du nord au Sud, disons de Campomarino a Porto selvaggio. La plage près de l'appartement se trouve à 300 mètres, il y a aussi un bar où vous pouvez tranquillement boire un café et prendre l'apéro le soir. Pour faire les courses il y a 2 endroits à 10 minutes en voiture, Avetrana et San Pietro. L'appartement est propre, neuve dernière génération, avec un applaudissement spéciale pour la douche style relax avec la musique et les lumières. Angelo et Pietro les 2 propriétaires ont été supers gentils, accueillants et chaleureux : ils nous ont chouchouté avec quelques surprises le matin et soir ( gâteaux traditionnels du pays pour le petit déjeuner , massage ayurvédique professionnel) Plus belles personnes nous ne pouvons pas rencontrer. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement pour tout ce que l'on vous a cité au dessus. Nous y sommes allés en septembre et ça à été une période fantastique.

Ciao Loredana, grazie per la tua recenzione sincera. Si, é assolutamente da evidenziare per futuri ospiti, che la zona é tranquilla, piú conosciuta come relax. Per movida notturna c´é bisogno di spostarsi un po verso gallipoli, lecce, porto cesario. Tutti paesi raggiungibile solo in macchina dai 15 - 40 min. È stato bello conoscervi e molto piacevole avervi ospitato. :)

2 settimane a Specchiarica

Angela e Pietro sono due padroni di casa eccezionali sempre a disposizione. Ci hanno accolto con frutta e una buona bottiglia di prosecco, nell'arco delle 2 settimane ci hanno consigliato su cosa visitare. Il monolocale ha tutto perfino la radio nella doccia, la location è un po fuori mano ma quando ti organizzi godi della tranquillità. Il mare è a 300 metri ed è una meraviglia la spiaggia libera ha una bella sabbia. Esperienza da rifare Silvano

Beautiful location and best hosts!!

Pietro and Anna's place is right next to a pristine beach- an unbeatable location. The space is incredibly bight and immaculately clean with a very comfy bed. I was pleasantly surprised with all the comforts of home- air conditioning, fresh linens, and cute kitchen. They even provided some essential cooking ingredients, a bowl of fresh fruit, and an umbrella for the beach! Pietro and Anna are incredible hosts, they are very friendly and ready to give recommendations about places to eat and activities to do in the area. And, they were super responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment is on the same property as their residence, so I felt very safe and welcome but still had lots of privacy. What a delight to find such a great place- we will certainly be back! Thank you!!

The apartment was exactly as described and was very modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean.

The apartment is perfectly situated for the local beaches and to explore the beautiful Puglia area. On our arrival we were welcomed by Angela, one of the owners of the apartment. We could not have asked for a better host! She was really helpful throughout the holiday offering advice on local restaurants and places of interest to visit. She provided on our arrival bottled water, fruit juice, fresh fruit and even the essentials to prepare a bowl of pasta! The apartment was well appointed and cleaned to a professional standard. Overall is was a fantastic holiday experience which we we would highly recommend. We cannot wait to return next year and meet up with Angela again. Ian and Giulia

Beautiful apartment, spectacular location, great hosts

I stayed at Pietro and Angela's apartment for one week. The apartment itself is very bright, airy, spacious, modern, private and comfortable. Upon arrival, I was provided with a basket of food and four large bottles of water, which was a very welcome surprise after a day of travelling! Everything is available in the kitchen if you want to prepare food. The bathroom is a good size and plenty of towels were provided. The outdoor shower is a nice feature of the property, and I enjoyed using it in the afternoon when returning from the beach. It was also very convenient to have access to a washing machine during my stay. The location is very quiet, both in the day and at nighttime. It is only a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. WiFi signal at the property was strong and consistent. But perhaps the highlight of the stay for me was the fact that Angela and Pietro are such wonderful hosts, who were both willing to help me out with anything I needed. They were only too happy to give me advice, recommendations and information and also take me to the nearby town to buy grocery items (although there is a restaurant close by, as well as a couple of vendors selling fruit and vegetables). I can now count both Angela and Pietro as friends after this trip, and I hope to return for another stay at their property in the future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in beautiful Puglia.

Tutto perfetto !! Accoglienza da 5 stelle

La casa è nuovissima , ristrutturata con gusto , la doccia idromassaggio è stata la chicca ! Aria condizionata silenziosissima , cucina super attrezzata , doccia esterna. Il monolocale è spazioso e super pulito. La padrona di casa è di una dolcezza e gentilezza disarmante , al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di benvenuto con orecchiette , pelati , biscotti e tanto altro. essendo una brava estetista mi ha offerto pure un massaggio.... un sogno !!!! Non me lo sarei mai aspettato ! Ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta con tempismo e gentilezza !! Ci ha aggiunto anche un lettino per il mio bambino ! Una persona davvero carina ! Lo straconsiglio.
