If you are looking for great escape to a tranquil coastal village, look no further! This beautiful 3rd floor condo features an elevator, granite kitchen countertops, double oven and stovetop, dishwasher, Keurig, bar seating, dining table for 6, laundry room, Smart TV's in king bedrooms and living room, triple bunkbed in 3rd bedroom (perfect for the kids), furnished patio overlooking the canal and the Gulf of Mexico in the distance - excellent for watching spectacular sunsets. Charter a fishing excursion, stroll around the neighborhood along the Suwannee River, grab lunch at the Gateway Marina (just a 5 minute walk around the canal), splash in the outdoor pool, or just relax in this quaint fishing village. If you bring your own boat or kayaks, dock space is available for use free of charge. Shired Island Beach (on the Gulf) is 14 miles away.

excellent Condo !! very clean and quality furnishings. Plenty of towels and everything provided. (There was no wine opener though, so I bought one and left in the drawer - probably taken by previous renter)Only downfall was that the town of Suwannee is still recovering from the hurricanes, so limited restaurants nearby and the channels for boating are compromised, so hard to navigate.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy condo in Suwannee! The space was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was especially comfortable, and we loved waking up to the beautiful view. The neighbors were all so friendly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Having the boat ramp conveniently located right across the canal was a huge bonus—it made it so easy for us to get out and explore the Suwannee River and enjoy all the charm this little town has to offer. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Work Week

Myself and 2 coworkers stayed for a week and loved the place. Really nice and clean and had all of the comforts of home. I plan on coming back for a vacation with the family!

One of the best Suwannee condos

We’ve stayed in about half a dozen condos in Suwannee. This is one of the best ones especially for multiple families. Having 2 king beds and the kids bunk beds was perfect. Appliances were new AC was cold and the view was amazing. Thank you!

Best of both worlds

You get the best of both worlds by traveling either up the river to a fresh water retreat at the sand bar to relax after a fun day of scalloping and fishing in the salt waters of the gulf. The condo was quiet, clean, and decorated very nicely. We will definitely be back to enjoy another stay here.

The perfect stay!

This condo was perfect for the mixed group of family we brought along... The king beds were comfy and the kiddos loved the bunk room! Everything was clean and well-stocked. We loved having the boat close to us and ready to go each day. Would love to return. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely perfect!

Everything was on point, absolutely exceeding expectations. We were surprised at how well equipped the unit was! Love the appliances!! Beds were very comfortable, everything needed & more was provided! We couldn’t have asked for more!! Unit is beautifully decorated and is exceptionally clean! A plus was having the boat right outside the unit and the fish cleaning station! We will definitely be back!
