Enjoy a Florida vacation in our open concept 4BR/2bath home with covered lanai and optional heated pool. Relax in a recliner with a book, stream your favorite movie or break out a board game for some competitive fun! Take advantage of our well equipped kitchen, blend up a tasty drink, and kick off your vacation with al fresco dining by the pool. Gorgeous Gulf beaches are nearby for the most spectacular shelling, powder white sand & turquoise waters you’ll ever see. Fishing, golf & biking nearby too.

Nice property for a winter getaway

Very clean home, well equipped for our 3 week stay. While at the house, we spent most of our time relaxing or dining on the lanai, or swimming in the heated pool. The owner was responsive when we had questions. We were familiar with the area having stayed in Rotonda West a few years ago so knew just where to go to find the activities we enjoy. Be sure to check out the Englewood farmer’s market on Thursdays for fresh fruits and veggies.

Great stay

The location is very good, neighborhood is super quiet. House has a great layout. Everything went good. Great communication with the property manager. We enjoyed the time at the house.

Christmas Getaway

The house was spacious and easily accommodated our group of 8. Unfortunately the weather did not oblige but were able to easily access beaches at Enelwood and Boca Grande once it warmed up.
