* Access to the outdoor porch, grill, and fire pit area.

The private dock is 16`x24`. Please be aware that it has approximately 4` of water at summer pool (359`). Kentucky Lake water levels can fluctuate significantly and can be checked online. The availability and water depth at the dock are not guaranteed.

For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises. These cameras monitor the exterior of the property and do not have views of any interior spaces.

The property was exactly as described by the host. We booked the trip for a bachelor party and couldn’t be happier 15 people and everyone had their own place to lay their heads at night after the activities. Host were very fast to respond. Host provided plenty of space and suggestions on things in the area. This is the spot to be for large parties.

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house duplex — everything was perfect from start to finish. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable, with peaceful surroundings just steps from the lake that made for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, and every detail was clearly well cared for. We’d absolutely love to return!

Set up of the duplex was perfect for our 3 boys and their families as well as us. Kitchen facilities in both properties fit our needs just right. The pool table was fun at night for the older kids. The grass field leading to the dock was great for whiffle ball and the dock was great for throwing rocks into the water. The houses were close enough to the playground that we could walk there with the kids and the marina was close enough for us to walk to for the boat we had. Very much worth the price.

Happy graduation

Excellent property, fun and comfortable for the whole family. Would be way more fun in the summer rather than December, but it accommodated our whole family for our daughter’s graduation from Murray State.

Great for a group

The property was spacious enough to allow privacy for the large group with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for chaperones and students. The students enjoyed 2 evenings at the fire pit making smoores. This is a great place for a large group.

A Simple Gem on the Lake

We had a large group of adults and a few kids ages 8 - 16 stay, we rented both properties 88 and 90. The houses were wonderful. Clean, spacious, a great little place with direct access to the lake. We had 2 boats with us, it was nice to be able to dock them and get in and off the lake right away. The area is beautiful. Access to ice cream and fun activities down the road at Moors is great. We would absolutely stay there again. Kim was wonderful to work with and answered the many questions I was sent to ask her from the the others in our party.

Perfect for big family!

Everything was perfect! Clean, spacious, perfect location! Was amazing have a boat dock so close. Golf carts are definitely a huge plus in helping to load and unload boats. Thank you for wonderful stay! We plan to come back next year!

If family/group? This is it!

This was the perfect place for a large group or family. There are two complete units for separate families or groups. But both had space for everybody. Lovely view of the lake, large area for kids to play. Two great kitchens for meal prep. The owners provide all the basics needed.

Spacious getaway!

We had such a great week visiting this duplex! There was plenty of space/bedrooms for the kids (8) and adults (7) to spread out. The golf cart was great for transporting my parents and the littles to and from the dock to get on our boat. Kim was super friendly and fantastic with communicating with me on any questions. We had a great vacation!
