his beautifully renovated first floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit at The Landings, is tucked in on the quiet side of the building for more privacy. This unit features a bright living room with a fireplace and built in bookshelves as well as a flat screen tv and sliiders lead to a deck off of it, Dining area with a table that seats six, nicely equipped kitchen, stack washer & dryer and fully renovated bathroom off the hallway. The master bedroom has a queen bed also with a newly renovated dressing area and new full bathroom. The second bedroom has a two full size beds. Unit features central air and one, off street assigned parking space. Walk to Avalon's chic restaurants and boutiques. This is a great location to enjoy your family vacation. Unit entry and parking on on 22nd Street.
