Couldn't park anywhere near condo, which was a bit of a pain. Location is excellent! Upstairs hall bathroom does need to have black mold in shower cleaned. Beds are soft! View is spectacular ! Otherwise clean and comfortable!

Comfortable, beautifully decorated

The suite was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was good, but just far enough from the plaza to be a bit of a tiring walk after a long day. I do recommend hiking down to the Cross of the Martyrs and into town rather than just taking the streets always. The pool area is not fancy, but pretty large and well maintained. Our grandkids enjoyed throwing a frisbee in the gazebo area outside our unit. My one teensy complaint is seeing a few ants and one little mouse. The management did send someone to set traps after that, and we never saw another.

Amazing location

Super clean apartment that was well stocked with basic kitchen things. Had a great time while there, especially because it's farther up the hill and the deck on the 2nd floor provides a great view. I wish there was a smart tv to stream my own stuff but that was the only (very minor) downside.

Loved our stay!

Property was very nice and well equipped with an excellent location and views. Love being across from the Fort Marcy and the beautiful views there. Nice and close to the Plaza, although not easily walkable. One small suggestion…please fix the faucets in the master bath/shower.

Great location, clean & beautiful view!

We stayed here for a long weekend, the condo was very clean and decorated in a stylish Santa Fe theme. Grounds were kept nice. View from balcony is beautiful, especially at sunset! Check in was easy and the front office staff was very helpful and friendly (Benji & Victoria). Great location, Fort Marcy was across the street. Easy walk to the Plaza for shopping and eating. We definitely recommend this condo.

Great Location, Pool is Lacking

Very nice and comfortable townhouse. Struggled a bit with the AC upstairs (warm hallway where thermostat is located, too cold in master bedroom). Excellent location, walk to Plaza, walk through park, lovely sunsets. The lack of an outdoor pool and relaxation area was (for us) a major drawback. Indoor pool is too warm to feel refreshed and no place to sit & relax (a couple of benches against the wall). Laundry lacks a machine to buy detergent, not sold at the office, so bring your own packets.

Peaceful Getaway

My family and I had a nice stay at this location. The location is great. It was walkable to the plaza and historic Santa Fe locations. We drove up the mountain to ski at Ski Santa Fe, the drive up to the ski resort was about 15 miles and took about 30 minutes. The road is curvy, but not hard. This place was very clean and spacious for the three of us. We cooked in several nights, plenty of dishes and everything worked great. I would definitely stay again.

2br condo in good location

The property was in a good location, and a nice size for 2 couples. Beds were comfy, property was clean if a bit dated. Kitchen fairly well stocked, except no cooking spices at all. Check in required stopping at the Management office during office hours before proceeding to the condo.

Great View

The condo was almost perfect. There was only a sponge and one dark heavy towel in the kitchen. No dishcloth. No washcloths except one tiny microfiber?? something in each bathroom. Other than those two items, everything else was great. The beds were very comfortable as well as all other furniture. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. We would stay there again.

Stunning Views & Adorable Condo

This view is amazing and the sunset from the upstairs balcony is the best in the city. We didn't mind being a short way away from the Plaza because we were closer to the mountain / skiing and the view won us over big time. This condo is darling, clean and very comfortable. The only slight issue was the water if two people are taking showers at the same time in the back to back bathrooms. If one person made theirs cold the others water got scalding hot and vice versa so we didn't take showers at the same time after that. Getting a hold of the front desk was also difficult at times due to the system and not getting a return call but that really wasn't such a big deal as we just called back again (getting through all the steps pushed us to the wrong place a few times). Really a great stay and we'd stay again. Thanks so much!

Comfortable for our family

We took a family staycation for a few days, since we are about an hour from Santa Fe. The condo was in a nice location off the plaza, it had a full kitchen and fridge so we were able to make meals while we stayed. It had a washer/dryer we didn't need to use it, since we only stayed two nights, but it was nice to have the option. It was comfortable for our family to stay, nicely decorated in the local style, and we spent some of each day hanging out at the condo.The parking was easy and pretty close to our unit. Nearby there was an entry to the Fort Marcy trail, with a lot of stairs, which ended very close to the plaza. We enjoyed our stay and would probably visit again if we are in Santa Fe.
