Conveniently located mid-island on the north shore 1.5 miles west of Christiansted, you’ll enjoy everything St. Croix has to offer with easy access to stunning beaches and lush rainforests, as well as restaurants and shopping. Relax pool side or next to the warm, rolling waves of the tranquil turquoise waters. Savor the convenience of a newly and tastefully furnished beachfront condo with your own fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a memorable vacation is right on-site including cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs right out your back door.. Whether your stay is for relaxation, adventure or work, this beautiful beachside condominium offers an authentic St. Croix tropical escape and the comforts of home at affordable rates.

Sugar Beach offers easy access to a man made reef right in front of the condo, or drive to nearby world famous Cane Bay, or the Pier in Fredericksted, for two of the best snorkeling spots on the island. The half day trip to Buck Island is highly recommended if you would like to snorkel on of the worlds top ten reefs, If diving is high on your list, there are many dive shops that can take you to some of the best stops, including the world famous "Cliff" at Cane Bay.

Inside you will find a brand new one bedroom with one bath, updated kitchen, living room with large screen smart tv.. Kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials for eating in or preparing your special meals or beverages. If you want to have your own beachfront, ground floor, Caribbean condo, and have a limited budget, this is for you. Washer/Dryer has now been added to the unit during the remodel.

Sargassum Seaweed Update:

The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing a higher volume of sargassum seaweed in recent years from Florida, to central America, and onto all island in the Caribbean. While the staff removes it daily, the seaweed can pile on the beach and when in large amounts, potentially create an unpleasant smell. We like to inform our guests because the seaweed could potentially prevent enjoyable use of our beach. If there is seaweed on our beach, there are many other beaches available that will not have any. It depends on the winds and the tide. It comes and goes

This condition is unpredictable on a week-to-week basis and something that is out of our control. As a result, we cannot issue refunds as a result of sargassum.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is right on the beach and is beautifully furnished. Bed and pillows were wonderful. There was plenty of linen provided. Had great communication with the owners.

Anniversary trip

It was nice but not newly renovated. There were good amenitys ie. outdoor chairs and tennis rackets. The bed was comfortable and there were pleanty of towels. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The beach access was very nice , literally open the dront door and you're on the beach.

Beautiful Ocean View

Check in was easy. We were provided clear instructions. Upon entering the unit, it was clear it had not been cleaned after the previous renters. I called Dean and had to leave a message. I called Sandy (Sally? It was the other number provided) and got through.I explained what was going on and she was able to contact the cleaner and sent her out right away. We went grocery shopping in the meantime and when we returned, we had trouble using the kwikset code this time. I called both numbers and couldn't get in touch with anyone. I left a message again. I remember instructions regarding an emergency key. I located that and we were able to enter the unit at that time and saw that it was "cleaned". Never did we receive a call back regarding our issue with the kwikset code so we had to keep using the emergency key.The unit provided all the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is incredibly small but functional. The kitchen was well equipped which was nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The unit provided beautiful views and access to the beach. The pool was nice too. Everyone we met here was nice and polite. message.

Beachfront paradise!

The best part about this location is off shore reef. Because the water breaks on the reef, the shoreline just gently laps in. It is great for snorkeling swimming and hunting for seashells!

Great place. Good location.

As advertisedEnjoyed it. Was able to see som stingrays, an eagle ray and a turtle in the water off the condo. The man made reef is to the left and had a nice amount of fish. The condo was nicely redone and nicely outfitted with everything needed.

Great stay in St Ctoix

Great location, central to either side of island so able to easily explore east and west. Condo was awesome and just the right size for 2. Clean and furnished with all that was needed. Exactly as shown in pictures and descriptions. Would stay again for sure!

Great vacation place

We had a fabulous time at Sugar Beach. The condo was directly ocean front and we walked right onto beach from patio. It was exactly as stated in the description. Clean, comfy bed, and great views. Location is great because you are close to anywhere you want to go on the island. We definitely recommend this property to anyone considering it. Eve & Michael Bloom

Best slice of paradise

The condo was super cute, very clean and right on the beach. It's a few minutes drive outside of town so you have access without a ton of people around. The hosts were very quick to respond to any communication, and the condo was very quiet and seemed like we had the whole complex to ourselves. This place is heaven on earth! I will recommend to anyone who asks.

Perfection in paradise

Everything was easy breezy from start to finish. This condo was immaculate, cozy, and comfortable. On top of that it was peaceful and safe. The grounds crew and security were so awesome. I met so many great peeps and I even had a vacation pet called Ginger cat with sidekick, Mocha!

Sugar Beach bliss!

My wife and I stayed here March 1-5 The condo was exactly as you see in the listing. Perfect size for us two. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The only downside was the water in the shower did not get hot enough for what we are accustomed. We did not contact the property manager and make them aware as we did not feel it warranted attention. We enjoyed being able to literally step out of the condo and onto the beach. We will definitely consider this unit again when we return to St. Croix and recommend it without hesitation.

Perfect for a couple.

As advertised. Neat as a pin, with little unexpected bonuses like scented candles and a little wash basin for your feet when returning from the beach. The owner is very responsive and attentive to your needs. The unit is very quiet, and IMHO on the better end of the resort. The beach is fine, not the best, but far from the worst. The only possible issue would be the lack of very hot water in the shower. It fluctuates between tepid and warm. The good point is you'll never get scalded here. We found the work-around for this is to always use the hand held wand instead of the rain shower head for your showers. This issue is in no way a deal breaker. Just wish the shower could have been a bit warmer. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever return to St Croix.

Wonderful Stay in STX

Our stay was excellent. We came to St Croix for a family gathering to celebrate the life of a love one who had recently passed. After the event the weather did not corporate and we had significant rain, which is a good thing for the Island but the electric power went out frequently. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

Oceanfront Perfection

The stay was fantastic. Just checked out and we’re sorry we didn’t book a longer trip. Loved the ground floor location, because it allowed us to step through the covered back patio and onto the sand. We also got a cross breeze throughout the unit and only used a/c in bedroom at night. Owners were easy to communicate with prior to arriving, and we had no issues to reach out to them with during our stay. The rental was spotless, the appliances were updated and easy to use. Access to washer and dryer in unit were a big help so we’re not arriving home with dirty clothes. We never turned on either of the two TVs, but for people who care, it seems like they have lots of access to different channels. Appreciated the informational brochures/ magazines in the TV cabinet, and sharp knives for preparing meals (most rentals have crappy knives and if you like to cook it makes a difference.) Local folks at these condos were incredibly friendly and helpful, and do a beautiful job on the landscaping and gardens.

Quaint condo right on the beach

Conveniently located centrally on the island. Lots of parking, bed & pillows were very comfortable, extra towels in the closet, kitchen equipped for basic cooking, a grill at the pool for community use. Right out your door to the beach with several lounge chairs for guests.Beach towels, fins and snorkle masks for use. Really appreciated the washer & dryer, and keycode access so we didn't have to carry a key. Dean was easy to contact with issues, and prompt to resolve them. We've stayed at many VRBO's throughout the US and caribbean, and there were a few issues that prevented us from being able to give this 5 stars. 1. For the most part, cleanliness was good, but the shower shelves and grout had not received a through cleaning and there were also crumbs on the counter under the air fryer from a previous guest. 2. At other vrbo stays, we have been greeted by the owner or manager upon arrival at the airport or the vrbo, giving that added touch we have come to appreciate. The owner does not live on the island and there was not someone to provide this service for us. 3. There was no "Welcome to condo 111" infomation booklet. It would be very helpful providing usage info on the cooktop, airfryer, TV and channels available, dishwasher, and the tricky shower handles. Tourist and restaurant recommendations are always appreciated.

Great little place right on the beach! Could not have been more convienient to go straight to the water from the back porch. A little small but very well-equipped place -- great value. Having washer/dryer in the unit was a plus over having to use the coin-operated ones near the clubhouse across the street. Pool was great, too. A/C worked well but with a good breeze we often didn't need it.

Many features of the island made it perfect for our needs, US government and currency, international airport, beautiful weather, beaches, turquoise waters, shopping, snorkeling, and friendly people. After 3, month long visits, we felt we could not find any better place on earth and purchased our oceanfront home away from home. During our travels we never rented oceanfront with a beautiful beach because the price was just to much. We are happy to share our second piece of paradise with others at a very reasonable price,. If you are looking for a beautiful beachfront, at a very low price, you will not find better than this. Please enjoy your stay..
