Apartment Nr. 1 is situated on the first floor and with a total area of 55 square metres, the apartment provides ideal accommodation for 4 persons. Apartment consists of a living room and two bedrooms. The living room provides direct access to the spacious terrace with a partial sea view. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom is as contemporary as the rest of the apartment and features a spacious glass walk-in shower.
When you arrive, clean towels and bedding will be ready for you to enjoy your stay. A shared garden with barbecue facilities, pool and pool bar are at guests' disposal.

Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
