Condo Just Steps to the BEACH & DOWNTOWN!

Our two bedroom condo just got fresh paint and new flooring! It is centrally located directly across the street from the beach with public access. It is only a five minute or less walk to the downtown where you can enjoy all local attractions such as the iconic pier, shopping, restaurants, and amusement park! The condo is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for your vacation. You’ll be able to relax after a day soaking up the sun or get ready for a lively night downtown for dinner and entertainment. The condo has two levels and has been well maintained. The first floor consists of a living room area with a futon, a kitchenette to prepare meals, and a full bathroom to refresh from the day. The two bedrooms are located upstairs and provide for the perfect environment to relax for the evening (you have to walk through bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2). Air conditioning upstairs allows guests to relax and stay cool on hot days. There is one parking space available in front of the unit for your convenience. There’s also patio furniture outside your door to sit back, enjoy a drink, and people watch!

Take advantage of the countless outdoor sports the area has to offer such as fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, and snorkeling to name a few. In addition to the beach and downtown, there is so much more to do in the area. The Ferry Beach State Park is close by to take a hike on its gorgeous trails, or bring your kids to Funtown/Splashtown and Aquaboggan Water Park for a day of excitement. Go out to dinner and drinks in the foodie area of Portland that’s just 20 minutes away, or 30 minutes south brings you to gorgeous downtown Kennebunkport! Alternatively, if you're feeling like a road trip, Boston is just a 90 minute drive or hop on the local train! Or just sit back, relax, and feel at home at this beautiful beach condo where the action is in Maine, the way life should be.
