Beautiful place. Close to everything. Airport was only 20 minutes away. Great restaurants nearby. The Vrbo was spacious. Had everything that we needed. We did not have a car but that didn’t matter. Everything was within walking distance. Since we were there past Labor Day, there were some things shutting down. But that didn’t matter to us. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with family. Walk out to the beach/ocean; very nice indoor pool for the rainy days; Two minute walk to The Pier; awesome wing place across the street; short walking and driving distance to other great restaurants; such a great week!

Ideal location for enjoying OOB. Condo was clean and well stocked with essentials and beach items. The host was responsive to questions and on-site personnel were fantastic.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great. I have a couple of suggestions; there are 2 frying pans that need to be thrown out( Teflon is falling off), and not a fan of micro fiber sheets for guest bedroom ( too hot). Everything else was great in the condo. We had a wonderful time. The pool area was not great. Way too hot and the pool hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Of course this isn't the condo owner's fault. But something should be said to them. Also there was a light bulb that was flickering as we entered on day 1. They said they would have Maintenace take care of it, I asked about it 3 times, nothing done to fix it.I will say that the condo, the access to the beach and local things were superb. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Check-in was a little confusing because when I went to the front desk, she said that the people that clean are separate from the people that clean that condo and then some of the pans and waffle maker were dirty, but the person explained that her people don’t do dishes, so I guess that’s a responsibility of the person staying there

I had an amazing stay. The condo is so close to the beach, local restaurants and the deck was great, with high deck chairs to see over the railing. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I would book it again.

Great Location!

This condo was very spacious and accommodating. It was in a prime location to downtown and the beach. We cant wait to stay here again someday.

Eldredge vacation

Condo is beautiful. Right on the beach with everything in walking distance. Plenty of room in the condo. The furniture and beds are comfortable. Being off season the check in was a little crazy as no one is there. We had to call the manager who came in about 15 minutes. But being off season it was understandable and was not a big deal. It was very quiet and relaxing. There are constant trains which took a bit to get used too. Overall great place and would stay there again.

Old Orchard Beach

Very nice condo, exactly as described in listing. View of ocean was better than pictures. Was a great location for us to explore Maine. Communication with host was excellent.

Very Nice

Nice, roomy apartment. We were very pleased to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which worked out very nice for us. View of the ocean on the balcony. Central location to other cities including Portland. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful weekend with friends!!

Even though the weather was not ideal, the weekend turned out to be fabulous! Great food, great friends, great space! Everything we needed was stocked! Comfortable beds, very clean and accomodating! Thank you to our wonderful host!

Great vacation in OOB

This was our fourth time staying at the Grand Victorian in OOB and once again we had a wonderful time. The property was clean upon arrival and fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this unit again when we return to OOB.

Very Nice Condo at the Grand Vic at Old Orchard Beach, Maine

We have been staying at the Grand Vic since 2008 in various condos. We rented the same one for about 8+ years and have been looking for another to rent each year. We believe (hope?) we have found it in #303. The condo is very nicely appointed with comfortable furniture, lots of games, many beach items, and the best equipped kitchen we've seen. Add to that an attentive host and you have a formula for success. Every question was answered promptly and completely. We really hope to rent #303 again next year. Thank you, Tammy L. Tenney!

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was just as pictured. It was beautiful. Everything that we needed was supplied. Having sheets and towels was a great plus! We enjoyed being right in the middle of everything. We were surprised that it was so quiet. Our granddaughter enjoyed the amusement park and she loved the pool. She spent a lot of time there because of the high tide. The waves were strong for her. We had to wait a while to get a luggage carrier. One had an issue with a wheel, so I followed the worker and waited for him to fix it. I had to wipe the counters. It didn't look like they had been cleaned. When I picked up the place mats, it was wet underneath and smelled like fish. The French door windows needed to be cleaned, too. Other than those two things, it we had a wonderful time.

We had a perfect vacation at this room… owner was very responsive to all our questions and place was very clean… beds and furniture was all very comfortable with updated rooms that were well maintained… highly recommend
