You were here June 30 – July 3, which is not only our peak summer season, but also the busiest holiday weekend of the year, when we had almost 300 people here. I am one person managing almost 70 vacation rental condos, in addition to doing all the administrative/bookkeeping work related to all of our other ventures. I do not have time to watch every move of almost 300 people. Yes, I take my job, safety of all of our guests and security of the property very seriously. Most of our guests and tenants appreciate that I have an eye on everything, as it makes them feel safe and secure. I often get teased about having eyes on the back of my head. But, in all honesty, with that many people here, those that catch my attention are, more often than not, doing something they shouldn’t be doing.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm glad things were quiet and peaceful for you. Yes, we actually had almost a full house with snowbirds. They turn in early so you don't see them out at night. Unlike the beach rentals, our snowbirds stay until the end of March.

The speed bumps were put in because many of our renters like to take walks and during peak season, we have lots of families with little children. We have had several near miss situations due to people speeding through the parking lot.

As this is very important in maintaining and improving our products and services. Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel, it is a condominium. Our rental terms do state that we do not provide consumable items beyond the starter kit - roll of toilet paper, mini hand soap and mini bath soap for each bathroom; and liquid dish soap, roll of paper towels and coffee filters in the kitchen. There are numerous stores nearby, including dollar stores, to purchase any items for personal use.

I'm sorry you had a problem with the jetted tub. We did check it out and the jetted tub is working. Maintenance indicated that the button might have gotten stuck. He could not find anything wrong and indicated that it is working find. I hope you will come back and give us another try.

The guests were not chased out of the pool and they were not playing volleyball. They were partying and drinking with loud music at the pool. They were simply asked to turn the music off or use headphones. The pool is an amenity for all guests and tenants to enjoy. We promote our property as a "peaceful, quiet environment" where people can come and relax and get away from all the typical noise and activity that goes on at the beach. Our rental terms clearly indicate this destination is not for those wanting to "party." Just because she couldn't hear the music and noise from the third floor with all the windows and doors closed doesn't mean that it wasn't disturbing the guests that were on the first floor (directly next to the pool). Sound carries on the water, and our property is by the water with only a narrow bay between us and our neighbors. We could hear the music and noise as we were approaching the property on the boat (even over the loud boat motor). This property is surrounded by residential properties, it is not at the beach surrounded by businesses. In fact, we are the only commercial property here and we believe in being "good neighbors" and keeping the noise down for peaceful enjoyment of all residents and guests.
