It offers a dreamy spot for your next getaway! Admire breathtaking views of the bay from your private balcony. This air-conditioned retreat has a well-appointed living area with a smart TV with cable and streaming capabilities and inviting furniture, a full kitchen with all major appliances to make cooking a breeze. The dishwasher makes for easy cleanup. You can pack light thanks to the in-home washer/dryer. The main bedroom is filled with natural light and offers a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. A sofa bed in the living area offers another sleeping space.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fun Family Atmosphere

We enjoyed this property. Lots of fun things to do on-site with multiple pools, hot tubs, shops, and entertainment options. We only got in the car once to explore. The free trams take you to the Sandestin beach access and the sugar sand and waves did not disappoint. Great stay.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!!

I and a few other young adults stayed at this beautiful condo for a birthday weekend and we all have nothing but great things to say. The condo was very clean upon arrival with plenty of toiletries for our group. The parking was great with plenty of available spots in the garage. Staff was welcoming. Close access to the pool. Wharf was perfect at about a 3 minute walk, great for adults who didn’t have to worry about driving/ubering home. Used the tram for a day at the beach, very timely driver with great service. Beach was crowded but expected for this time of year. No issues during our stay! Hopefully will book again.

Good potential, poor execution

The resort area is awesome- lots to see, do, and eat. Nice pool and village. The unit itself is a great size and perfect for a small family. It was not well kept. Very outdated/ stained furniture and carpet throughout. Limited cookware (no pans even though there is a stove). We pulled back the sheets on the master and on top of the fitted sheet found hair, scabs, boogers, etc. We had a lot of maintenance issues- broken fan/ light in the master (switch was shorting out and unsafe), washer and dryer dirty and unusable until it was vacuumed out and multiple rinse cycles run, broken screen door, broken toilet seat, etc. housekeeping and maintenance did come out and resolve most of these issues, but not exactly what I was hoping to spend my time on while on vacation.’

Spacious & great location

This property is very spacious. Kids had plenty of room and we loved the sunset view from the balcony. It is in the grand complex so easy access to pool, the grand and baytowne. However, property is dated. The AC is so loud you have to yell over it and watching tv is difficult bc you have to put it so loud. The fridge was not working, we reached out and in the middle of night got a response that it takes awhile for it to cool down. 🙄 by midmorning the next day our milk was spoiled, my son's birthday cake was warm and we lost all the food we had bought to cook that night and next morning. The knob for the washer was missing. Behind the lint trap had not been cleaned in forever, so we cleaned it out before using bc we were afraid to run it that clogged. The light and ceiling fan in master was not working. Overall the property is fine, but with just alittle more attention it could be a great property.

Amazing stay

Our vacation with a family of 4 exceeded all our expectations. Amazing place to stay. Don't really have to leave the resort! Room was spotless, and bigger than expected. Will recommend to anyone. And we will be back next year.

It was really good. We had to leave early because we had a death in the family. The ceiling fan and light in the bedroom didnt work. Everything else was great!

Birthday getaway May 14-17

It was an enjoyable and relaxing short birthday trip. First time vaca at the Sandestin resort and Miramar beach/Destin. We had no idea we were going to a resort area, so that was a plus for us. The apartment was just as listed. Very spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It has everything you would need. It was just the hubby and I so we didn’t need much. The resort is beautiful. I opt in the stay an extra day and customer service was readily available when I needed them. No complaints here. Saved as a favorite if I choose to return.

Always a great stay at Bahia

We always have a great time at Sandestin Bahia. This condo was another great experience. The pool was warm and the ocean was a very short drive with plenty of parking.
