You will have the entire property to yourself. Entrance will be through the rear door via key pad entry. 2 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom: 1st bedroom has 1 queen bed 2nd Bedroom: has 2 twin beds. One restroom with a shower. Clean linen on beds and clean towels for bathroom and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor has open deck and deck under covered dock. Outdoor sink for cleaning fish. Charcoal grill and gas grill. Note: We try to have propane available however if you plan to grill you may want to bring your own charcoal and propane. 1 boats slip available for use under covered dock with electrical power near. Boat slips with lift is NOT available for use. Parking in driveway for vehicles and or trailer. NO parking allowed on vacant lot next door or on septic system.
Be careful when flushing anything other then toilet paper or disposing of grease and food down the drain, due to home being on septic.
Home is on WELL for water, well water is fine for showering and washing dishes, however it is advised to bring your own drinking water.

Remodeled home sleeps 4 with covered boat slip. Less then a mile from Grape Hammock Fish Camp, where you can find boat fuel, bait, tackle, light groceries, ice, boat ramp and more. Wanting an evening out, take a short 10 minute ride across the street to Westgate River Ranch for dining, Rodeos, saloon, and adventures.
