The Space:

Upon entering this newly remodeled cabin, you’ll feel the luxurious vibe and take in the modern décor. The spaces are also comfortable and inviting. You will immediately feel at home.

Enjoy the main floor open living area with vaulted ceilings. With two bedrooms on the main floor and three bedrooms on the upper level, there’s room for everyone to recharge after a day of exciting adventures in The Smokies. But the best is yet to come – the large fire pit area with plenty of seating, the hot tub, and the separate game cabin with foosball, air hockey, a 60+ video game console, and karaoke provide entertainment options for your whole group.

Finally, you’ll be able to breathe the fresh mountain air from the private deck and marvel at the gorgeous natural surroundings. Temporarily turn off the world as you surround yourself with nature’s soothing calm. Your closest neighbors will be of the furred or feathered variety.

Start your day with a cup of fresh coffee on the wraparound (covered) deck, and end your day of adventuring by grilling some BBQ, relaxing in the hot tub, or chill in the Adirondack chairs cooking s’mores around the fire pit. There are endless opportunities!

Guest Access

The cabin is exclusively yours, so, relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Note: The only exceptions are the locked crawl space (mechanicals and storage) as well as a hallway closet upstairs reserved for the cleaning team and a closet in the twin bedroom which houses part of the heat pump.

Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with:

✔ High-Speed Wi-Fi (max ~600 Mbs) – cellular coverage is sketchy throughout the Smoky Mountains, but once you are on site we have you covered

Other Things to Note

★ SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ HOT TUB★
For health and guest wellbeing, the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after every guest. Be aware that once filled, it may take 6-8 hours for the water to be fully heated (104°)

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY ★
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee to allow for extra cleaning and sanitizing.

★ FIRE PIT ★
✔ Use is prohibited in windy conditions & fire must not exceed 18 inches above the ground. Do not use lighter fluid & NEVER burn anything other than firewood.
✔ Bring your own firewood
✔ Wildfires! Fire must be FULLY EXTINGUISHED before leaving fire pit area. There is a can of sand at the pit as well as a hose near the hot tub.
✔ Fire pit & outdoor areas/amenities are use at your own risk
● Occasionally the county institutes fire bans. (We will notify you) Fires are absolutely forbidden during a ban. Disregarding the ban may result in fines and jail time. Additionally, your reservation will be canceled with no refund.

★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★
The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate. Did we mention, the cell coverage is spotty at best in the region and at our cabin? Not to worry, our excellent wifi has you covered!

The day before check-in, you will receive a message with the property address, directions, and your unique door code (which will become active at 4PM on the day of check-in). We recommend downloading an "offline map" in your mapping program. The message will also include the name of the network and the password. We suggest that you keep these accessible in case you need to connect from the driveway or front door.

Getting Around

The mountain roads and our gravel driveway are accessible by most vehicles under normal weather conditions.

There are dusk to dawn exterior lights (auto on/off) Additionally, there are two cameras located on the property which record audio and video, 24/7 (motion activated). One camera is on the carport and pointed at the driveway. The second is pointed at the house entrance which includes the top of the driveway.
