4 BR and 2.5 baths, including a spacious master suite. The vaulted ceiling in the grand from the room is sure to W-O-W, though the kitchen & family room in the back will likely be the happy hive of most home activities.

Fantastic location, just across the street from Newhall Community Park, close to shopping, restaurants, & anything else one might need.

Quiet, clen and relaxful

Quiet neighborhood, the home was clean and the entire house was user friendly. All bedrooms were upstairs, which is something to keep in mind with the very young, elderly, and those with knee issues.

Hazardous Entryway

My mother tripped and broke her arm immediately after entering the house. She hit her head on a table leg and bled profusely requiring stitches. I phoned 911 and watched the EMT trip in the exact same spot.Dangerous!

Great Home away from home

We stayed at the property as a family of 5 and had everything we could have asked for. The home was well appointed for all needs and comforts, lots of towels, blankets, kitchen gear, basic food staples (salt, pepper, oil) and more. Would definitely stay here again.

Concord stay

We were in town to celebrate my nephew getting married. It was an easy stay and not complicated with rules and directions. It was clean. I especially liked the abundance of towels and blankets, etc. Management responded to questions promptly.

Excellent location and gathering place

Generously slept the 8 of us. Lots of matching plates in various sizes it truly would accommodate 12. The pool table was a hit! Clean and comfortable beds, furniture, and floors. Big screens in each bedroom. Good selection of board games too. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Newhall park is a gem for all ages.

College Reunion

We rented this house for a college reunion with friends that came from all over the state and country. It was the perfect location, the house was perfect for our group and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely return!

Perfect Easter Weekend

Our family of 3 adults had a wonderful time at the house. We were visiting family in Clayton, and this house was the perfect oasis for our trip. The house was as clean as advertised. It was large enough that we could spread out and enjoy. We walked 5 minutes to the nearby park and enjoyed a beautiful sunny morning walking the trails and taking pictures. The host was very helpful and quick to respond with any inquiries we had. Overall, we would recommend this house to everyone!

10 77 year old women having a college dorm reunion

The property was just right for us. Plenty of bed space, a well equipped kitchen and lovely walkable neighborhood. There are two step downs off the entry way. A bit of a hazard for us older folks who missed the step a few times. Stites and restaurants nearby as well.

Great for family gathering!

We came down from Oregon with two exchange students to have the California spring break experience. Our son and his family came up from Fresno, and another son flew in from Denver. It was the perfect house for everyone, with very comfortable beds, a great gathering space downstairs, and a well-appointed kitchen. In slightly warmer weather, we would have utilized more of the space outside, too. We were able to go into San Francisco on the BART, no problem, and enjoyed the partk across the street. As a swimmer, I also found an amazing community pool ten minutes away, and enjoyed their outdoors lap swim several times. The host was excellent at communication. Would definitely choose this space again!

Safe neighborhood Concord

We aren’t familiar with the area but was glad that the neighborhood felt safe. We were hoping to check in early but weren’t able to which was understandable. They were still cleaning when we arrived (last guest checked out late and left a huge mess I guess) but the lady was super nice. The house was clean and comfortable, and perfectly housed my group of 6 adults and 5 kids. There are many stores and restaurants nearby, within a few minutes’ drive. This city is huge though; we drove 20 minutes and was still in the same city! Haha (where I’m from, if you drive 20min you will have passed 1-2 cities already). They were easy to communicate with and usually replied quickly

Great house in nice area

The property was very nice, comfortable, and property management was very easy to work with. One issue we had was the neighbors. I understand that it must be difficult living next to a vacation rental, but myself and two other friends were spending a bit of time in the back yard, talking at a conversation tone. We were shortly met with a text and phone call from property management informing us that the neighbors had called to complain about us in the back yard. We had gone inside by 10:30 PM, and felt that it was a little inconvenient that we couldn’t even spend time outside without the neighbors making a complaint. The only other remark I’d make was that we were asked to roll the trash cans out to the curb for pick up, on our first morning there. I am not opposed to helping out with a small task, however I found it a bit of an odd request. Regardless, the house was very cozy, and very clean inside. Several bedrooms and overall a very nice place.

Disappointed in Concord

When we arrived at the house we were excited and I would like to have given a good review...but the more we settled into the house the worse it got. The location near the park was ideal for my grandkids and the proximity to services and restaurants was excellent. However, the beds were horrible (more like futons with wood slats and cheap mattresses). The bunk bed was dangerous, the ladder was attached with only one screw and splits in the wood. The second queen bed had a major center support that was broken. The electrical outlets in the master bath didn't work and when we texted the host he said something about a repair man, but nobody showed up. We never found the house manual which the host had mentioned in one of his texts....so no instructions on electronics or any other house information. When we couldn't get the TV streaming to work the host wanted us to take pictures of the TV screen. So I texted him and ask him to call so we could discuss....he went totally MIA and we never heard from him over the next three days. Prior to moving into the house he had been responsive and he even asked me to take out the previous renters trash for him. I would suggest that the owners change their cleaners. The house definitely needs a deep clean and the refrigerator should not be left with open, partially used cartons of cheese dip, open gallon jug of water, old salad dressings, giant partially used ice cream in the freezer. I think this decorator house needs a new decorator

Wonderful Experience

Our family, which included our elderly parents and infant grandson, were happy and comfortable in this beautiful home. The owner was always quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Awesome Stay

I had an awesome stay At This property. The communication was easy and direct, the place was a perfect fit for my family. The location was awesome, close enough to everything I needed. I love how open the home was, it was roomy enough for my family to enjoy themselves without being jammed in one space. The only thing I will say is I did not particularly feel comfortable with the neighbors, they were not welcoming and very nosy. They made my family feel uneasy, due to the stares and unfriendliness. By the end of the trip we had saw every neighbor on the block, they made a point for us to be aware of their presence. I will say this, the block is very quiet and this has to be the only action they have on their street; but, we didn’t bother them and they never bothered us. Even the woman that came to clean the property was so kind and sweet, I’m all about vibes and this was one that I vibed with for sure.

This is a quite family neighborhood so please respect outside quiet time at 10 PM onward. There are backyard noise monitoring devices that don't record sound but will signal alarm noise inside the house if backyard volumes reach excessive levels. Please note that cameras are in place in the front door for safety and security purposes.

Please treat my neighbors like they are your neighbors- the ones you say hello to every morning on your way to work.
