On the first floor:

The adjoining kitchen offers a pantry, high-end marble countertops, gas stove, upgraded appliances, coffee and liquor bar & an island breakfast bar that seats four. The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, closet, and smart TV. It's ensuite bathroom includes an oversized tub, shower & 2 sinks with door leading to outside deck. Step in shower has a grab bar.

The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms all with smart TVs. The first bedroom on this floor boasts a king bed and direct access to a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and access to a jack-n-jill bathroom. The large 3rd bedroom contains 4 queen beds (2 queen over queen bunks). The jack-n-jill bathroom connects the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.
The large den on this floor is centrally located amongst the bedrooms. This room contains 3 couches (2 queen sleeper sofas), a video arcade, and a huge Smart TV perfect for gaming or watching sports and movies.
