Lot of hidden fees. Very nice and comfortable. Few small problems getting settled in but all was we

3 of us stayed there. Spent most of our time out with family. Very comfortable to sleep there. Hot tub was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. Close to town.

The house itself was comfortable and cozy. And the hot tub was one of the reasons we booked this home. However, we ran into issues with the beds, and having to improvise so that everybody had a place to sleep. One room had a queen bed, but the second room only had 2 of the 3 queen beds that were listed on the sight, and there is an upper floor (loft with a door at the bottom of the stairs) that had what I would call a sectional that we were able to push together to make a queen bed and a twin bed. So our last guest had to sleep on the couch in the living room. I should have clarified the number of beds prior to booking but I had assumed the listing would be accurate. I would have gone with a different property that was able to accommodate the number of guests (6 adults and 2 adolescents) we had on this trip. With that being said, I had great communication with the owner prior to booking but there were some issues on VBRO’s side. The first was the price at booking did not reflect the price of the home, but it corrected after I submitted the payment. The second was the deposit, which I was charged 3000 (YES, that’s correct) and so I’m hoping that the turnaround on the refund is quick.

We chose this property because of the access to it no matter the weather and the flat acreage for our kids to be able to run outside and play in a fenced area! This was a special piece of land and so happy we got to claim it as our own!
