This property is new under our management. We are updating all of our properties as needed to ensure the best experience for your stay!

Enjoy a Sandtastic vacation in Sandbridge! There's no better way to spend your next vacation than in this gorgeous 4 bed 4 bath penthouse. Beautiful views of the Back Bay right from your patio and only steps away from the warm beaches of Sandbridge.

PLEASE NOTE: This condominium does all work during the off season.

Bed sizes: 1King, 2Queens, 1Full, 3 Twins

3 Swimming Pools (open mid-May to mid-September), and 2 Fitness Centers.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS POOLS AND FITNESS CENTER MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (5/27/2023) THROUGH OCTOBER 1, 2023. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC.

All properties come with central air, a washer, and a dryer. We also provide linens and bath towels to suit the number of guests per property. Free WIFI. Limit 2 Parking Passes Per Unit. No Smoking (only in designated garage areas) and No Pets allowed.

Nice place

Overall, good vacation. Things to improve, 1) provide instructions on AC, which thermostat controls what, 2) provide instructions on tv, 3) improve Wi-Fi, service was slow and tv did not work consistently, 4) need luggage carts for move in/move out, 5) revise parking spot numbering

Amazing condo

We love Sandbridge and return ever summer. This condo was spacious, clean and well decorated. The view over the bay was beautiful, especially to watch the sunset. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and utensils and had so much space. The parking spots and storage locker were very conveniently located right off the elevator which made going to the beach each day easy. We already booked the same condo for next year.

Family Vacation Dream

Everyone had a great time. From the 3 year old Granddaughter to the 68 year old Granfather and everyone in between had an amazing time. There was something for everyone. A delightful vacation for us all!

Amazing Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was awesome. Everything and then some.
