When prime location meets tropical paradise, you get “Coastal Cabana”. Welcome to your very own lakefront, poolside oasis, less than 10 minutes from the beach! Close to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Bunche Beach and Captiva, as well as local shopping, amazing restaurants and nightlife in Downtown Fort Myers. This home was fully renovated in 2022 and completely upgraded inside and out. This space can accommodate up to 11 guests, making it the perfect destination for a family or friends vacation! Step inside to a bright and welcoming open floor-plan. Complete with a huge kitchen and living room for entertaining. This step-free entry home boasts the most amazing outdoor space, situated on a ½ acre fenced lot! Featuring a fully screened in pool with deep end and swim out, covered lanai and lake where fishing is allowed. This gorgeous home has it all. Your very own private paradise in sunny, Southwest Florida! Our garage holds 2 cars and the driveway accommodates an additional 2. We include 2 bikes with a lock, that you are welcome to ride to the beaches or around town! Coastal Cabana is located in a luxurious, safe and clean neighborhood. We take pride in making sure our guests feel at home. We care about you and your safety, which is why we have a custom coded access and exterior and garage cameras, to ensure you feel comfortable and safe when you book with us. HOUSE RULES:

- Please pull trash/recycling to curb Wednesday night. Trash comes Thursday. No other chores required. We hope you have a relaxing stay.
- 10pm - 8am quiet hours in Fort Myers. This is a peaceful neighborhood. Disruptive events could result in eviction / law enforcement involvement & forfeiture of entire rental amount.
- ALL dog waste to be bagged & thrown in exterior trash.
- No smoking. $500 will be charged if smoke is determined inside.
- No lifeguard on duty. Pool has a deep end. Children to be supervised at all times. Use of pool/lake/bicycles is done at the guests discretion and sole responsibility. Pool kept at 82°F & not to be tampered with.
- No motor vehicles or swimming in the lake.
- No outside grills allowed. Please clean after use.
- Any tampering, disabling, covering security cameras, or wifi is a breach of contract that will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
- 4 cars max. No parking on lawn. Violators will be towed.
- No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls/ceiling.
- Yard and pool companies on-premises weekly.

Great location, comfy beds

Comfy beds all around - nothing better than a good nights sleep on vacation. Whether you have places to go or chill out in the house the heated pool is a plus. Lots of wildlife visiting us on the pond in the backyard. Appliances were up to date and the shower great.

Great home for our group

A group of us moms and daughters came out to check out Florida, as one of our girls had a college orientation at Florida Gulf Coast University. This house was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. The home owner was easy to get ahold of when I couldn’t find the email with check in information. There were beautiful birds and iguanas that hung out in the back yard. We picked the right house for our first Florida experience!

Overall was good

The house was nicely decorated. The back yard needs some TLC. The overall feeling in the back seems dated and unattended. There were some old pillows placed on the sofa to make seat cushions. Not only did they not fit, there weren't enough and they had a lot of mold in them. Don't expect to fish in the pond as there doesn't seem to be fishing. The beach down the road is close but super small. The bigger beaches will take extra time to get to. Again, the overall house was nicely decorated. Make sure to bring your own shower soap because there weren't any soaps whatsoever.

Great Experience!

We loved our stay. Everything was as pictured and as described. When we were considering booking, Jasmine was responsive and quick to answer our questions. Great location - quiet residential neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants. We visited multiple beaches during our stay but we also enjoyed the pool in the morning and evening. Everything about the home was thoughtful and made our stay easy and peaceful.

Fun and convenient place

This very nice home was clean and well stocked with all you needed. The pool table was so enjoyed by our 2 teenage sons as well as the games provided. It had a very nice pool with a spacious outdoor area. The neighborhood was convenient to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and the beach. Quiet area at night.

Lovely home on quiet street

This home met and exceeded our expectations. Everything you might need was there. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Our nephew enjoyed fishing just steps outside the back door by the pool. Jasmine and Ben were so attentive and returned calls immediately. Remarkable. Great experience.

Great experience

The home was just as pictured. It was perfect for our stay to be close to family in the area. There was an issue with the VRBO site at booking but Jasmine was responsive and in constant communication during a high stress personal situation for us. She assisted in communicating with VRBO and making sure everything was in place. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

Backyard Oasis

Quiet neighborhood conveniently located close to several beaches. Inside of the house is nicely decorated with plentiful amenities. We spent a great deal of time outside enjoying the enclosed pool and watching the birds on the waterway. Great location and great hosts.

Quiet, Tranquil Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. It was one of few locations where we were able to stay with our large dog. We all enjoyed the fenced in yard and pool. There were plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Jasmine was easy to get in touch with and pleasant. The home was generally clean. We are extremely cleanly ourselves so we did notice there were underpants left from a previous guest, some dark colored residue on the wall above the sink in the master bathroom, a flosser on the front lawn, and a previous guest’s dog’s poop; none of which was from the host, but for the price, we felt like it could have been more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Overall, we would recommend. If we could, we would give 4.5 stars.

Great little getaway

I had a little trouble putting in my code as keyless entries are each a little different. My family and I had a great time, the house was super cute and very clean. Master bed extremely comfortable, which Is hard to find. The pool was nice and private as no neighbors behind house. My kids and I had a blast. Definitely recommend.

Excellent

The property was super clean. Jasmine is excellent, and she takes care of everything you will need and more. She is responsive all the time. The area is quiet, beautiful, and unique. We love the house; it has everything that we need, kitchen utensils, towels, bbq, and more. It is accommodated whit two refrigerators, for us it was needed LOL. The pool is clean, and they have a heater, so the water is nice and warm. Resuming our stay, we love it, and we will be back very soon!!

Relaxing beautiful home

Beautiful big house with great pool on a lake. Very peaceful and relaxing. Our little dog loved the fenced yard. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only negative was the area around the pool was dirty, we swept up what we could. Other than that, inside was very clean! Owner was terrific communicator, so nice.

Coastal Cabana stay

To start, Jasmine was PHENOMENAL! Extremely quick in communication and very responsive overall. The home is absolutely beautiful, even better than pictured. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the house had many amenities. The home is very spacious, updated appliances, TVS, speaker, and pool area is just gorgeous. It was conveniently located about 15 minutes to the beaches and about 15 minutes downtown. The neighborhood is in very, very quiet neighborhood and need to be mindful of the 10pm noise restricted time frame which includes being in the pool area. Jasmine was an incredible host and I'm so glad we chose this property for our weekend stay!

Hello! We are Jasmine and Ben, the owners of Coastal Cabana. Jasmine is a Realtor and Artist. Ben works in Business. Jasmine’s family has lived on Sanibel Island and Fort Myers for over 40 years! It has always been her favorite place and quickly became one of Ben's. We look forward to sharing our home with you and hope you absolutely love sunny Southwest Florida as much as we do. We both love to travel, spend time with family and friends, go to events and eat delicious food!
