We had a great week with my daughter’s family. Our grandchildren ( 6&8 years old) loved the pool that was conveniently located close to our unit. The staff at the tennis club and restaurant were friendly and welcoming. Karen was always responsive and even let us extend our checkout time when our airline changed the time of our flight home. Thank you Karen for a wonderful vacation!

Best rental ever experienced!

The hosts of this beautiful home are really in- tune with their renters.They provided every possible amenity to cover visitors stay and well beyond. Setting inside and out is outstanding—private, comfortable and user friendly. Hoping to have the opportunity in the near future, to enjoy this lovely place again!

Amazing stay

Karen’s home was everything I expected and much more. The home was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The beds were some of the best we have slept on and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you would need. Clearly Karen knows what people staying at her home will need and enjoy. The entire rental process was easy and stress free. Thank you Karen for providing us with a wonderful relaxing environment!

The property is very clean and great amenities. Host is very quick to respond. Some updating would be recommended in certain area as furniture is showing some wear and tear. This was our second time to stay in this home and we enjoyed it very much.

An Inviting Piece of Paradise

Warm and spacious, the owners have gone to great lengths to make their guests feel immediately at home. Bedrooms and living spaces are thoughtfully furnished to meet every need - with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms to cozy robes for cool mornings. The location in Palm Desert is excellent. The community has a well equipped gym and golf course, and the tennis and pickleball communities are friendly and inclusive. This place was everything we had hoped for and more!

Relaxing visit to the desert

The condo is just as described. It’s tastefully decorated, clean, quiet and very comfortable. A definite plus is ability to use gym, pickleball and tennis courts and nearness to pool and hot tub

Karen (the owner) was fantastic from start to finish! I lucked out on this place - EXCEPTIONAL is a spot on rating:) CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL COMMUNITY. The owners supplied every thing you might need or want for your stay. A fantastic place for my family to gather for THANKSGIVING!!

Fantastic host and stay

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Karen was to work with. I was to stay with my husband and friends at her home in Palm Desert. Sadly, my husband passed away in the summer. This resulted in a number of changes to my plans. Karen was kind and supportive throughout this. She never once complained about the changes and made everything work smoothly. Her home is also absolutely lovely. The pictures are accurate. It is a perfect layout for big groups, is tastefully furnished, and very welcoming. She also has it really well-stocked. Whenever we needed something, we would find it in the cupboards. Honestly wish I could rate her higher.

The property is well located near HW 10 and easy acces via Cook St to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and downtown palm desert. Very fast internet, we had to work and it was perfect. Everything you need is there, well equiped(water, soap, laundry kits, treats ..) We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Super place to relax and enjoy Coachella Valley

Our stay was fabulous. The interior design was clean, comfortable with extremely good taste. Pictures depict the property perfectly. Property owner was friendly and great to work with. Can't wait to go back.

Immaculate Condo: Karen and Cleve's Condo is well stocked and in pristene condition.

The property is well located on a cul de sac with the pool nearby. It has been well maintained and has all of the amenities one could ask for. It worked out very nicely for our party of 6. One night the handle of one of the bathrooms broke. I called Karen and her Handyman came the next morning and fixed it. Being on one level was a plus.

Just keeps getting better!

We didn't think we could enjoy this spot more than we did last year but we did! The location is great and the home itself is beautiful. The host is always responsive and helpful and has left many very thoughtful things there for us to enjoy. We are hoping to come back again!

The accommodations were perfect! The condo is spacious and bright. Very comfortable!

We were in Palm Springs for a golf tournament and stayed on for Christmas. Karen decorated for us and it was wonderful! The bedrooms and baths were spacious and very clean and we all had our own baths. My son and his family joined us from SF and we all had a marvelous holiday.

A great experience start to finish!

The house was beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we could have needed. We really enjoyed the area and all it has to offer with golf, pools, hot tubs and courts for tennis and pickle ball. Karen was a very helpful and responsive host and we really appreciated all the nice considerate touches and things she leaves for her guests. We enjoyed it so much we're hoping to return!

Lovely setting

Having stayed in Desert Falls Country Club for many years, I found this location the best. While there are villa's nearby, this one is single level and feels very private nestled in a cu-de-sac with beautiful high flowering shrubs encircling the back patio. Even the lovely communal pool, which is on the other side of the villa attached to ours,, seems more private. We enjoyed our stay very much.

There is something in the air in Palm Desert that makes you want to slow down, take a deep breath, and live in the moment. There is a peacefulness there that we have never experienced in other vacation destinations. The clear blue sky, the palm trees against the majestic mountain backdrop, the flowers and lush green grass, and the sparkling pools create this calm, relaxing feeling. After all theses years, we still feel so lucky to have found the magic in Palm Desert.

It is not all about relaxing...Palm Desert has some of the most fun nightlife experiences, amazing restaurants, unique shopping, and great people watching ever! El Paseo (Palm Desert's own Rodeo Drive) is usually the first stop. We love Armando's for lunch (watch out for the margaritas..they are strong!), Tommy Bahamas restaurant has a great atmosphere, as does Pacifica. Roc's Firehouse has moved to Cook Street, but still has great food and a party atmosphere. Karaoke is fun on Thursdays and live music on weekends. Morton's "Power Hour" in the bar is fun too. The Marriott Desert Springs has a wonderful new Spa complete with hot tubs, pool, lounging, and poolside food and beverage service. so beautiful and relaxing!
