Located in the heart of one of Nashville's hottest areas known as "Music Hill". No detail spared in this BRAND NEW 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom designer home that has been thoughtfully curated for a luxury guest experience. Each Bedroom has a Plush King size bed. Minutes to Downtown Broadway, The Gulch, and walkable to Melrose and Berry Hill attractions, this is an AMAZING LOCATION regardless of what you've come to town for.

This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. All bedrooms have king size beds.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.

Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay.

General Inquiries are answered M-F 8am-5pm CST during business hours.
Emergency Calls after 9pm CST: Please call Twice in a Row from the same number to bypass Do Not Disturb Settings. Emergencies include Lockout, Busted Pipes, or other Major Issue. For Fire/Police/Medical Emergency call 911 first.

This home is located on a quiet dead end street minutes from 12south, Gulch, and Downtown in hot "Music Hill". Melrose in Berry Hill is a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill" Walkable to Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by.

We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.

Family reunion

The property is beautiful and big. I was told it was mainly used for people coming for bachelor and bachelorette parties so it wasn’t as conducive for hosting a dinner or cooking for a family of 8. My bed was comfortable. I spoke with the property managers about some of our other concerns.

Perfect!

the house is beautiful and the description on VRBO was spot on. Checking in/out was a piece of cake. the property is located about 3 miles from Broadway and getting into the city was not a hassle, the neighborhood was quiet and perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous House for large groups!

This house was gorgeous! It was clean and spacious and in a very convenient location. We loved the rooftop deck. The communication with the property managers was excellent. It is a great house for large groups!

Plenty of room on Berry Hill

Great location just a short drive to downtown, or a quick Uber ride. This house was perfect for our party of 8 with lots of amenities. Well stocked kitchen, and very nice appliances. Bedrooms were all very spacious with nice comfortable beds. 3rd level hang out area that opens to the rooftop was a big hit. The two washers, and dryers were a plus as well. We would definitely rent this place again.

My daughter’s 21st Birthday

We stayed here for my daughter’s 21st birthday this month. The house was very big and absolutely beautiful. We were a group of 7 and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house is in a great location.

Lots of space & clean

It’s three levels inside and you will access the bedrooms by walking up stairs. It didn’t bother us at all, in fact it gives you more privacy. It has modern decor, clean as in newer and clean. We had six in our group. Not great water pressure on the third floor but it’s livable. Beds are all EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE- for me that is a win win when vacationing. Location is not walkable to anything. It was a 10 or 20 minute drive to activities. Plan for travel time to vary based on traffic and time of day.

LOVED our stay!!

This house was beyond perfect!! Not only did the owner let us check in early but she also let us stay a bit later day of! The beds were amazing so much so that we ended up asking where the mattress and pillows were from! The space was gorgeous and so roomy! We all said that when we come back to Nash we have to book here again! It was in a good area and short uber drive everywhere. Best stay yet!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect stay for 4 couples

The house was gorgeous, spacious and clean. Location was great. Short 5 minute Uber ride downtown. Stairs were not a bother, once you climbed to your floor you were there to stay. Rooftop seating area and fireplace was put to good use and enjoyed by all. Laura the property manager was very accommodating and we were able to check in early. Couple of questions were answered quickly. Thank you!

30th Birthday

The house was great! Exactly how described in listing. It was 3 flights of stairs so be aware and the patio is on the 3rd floor. We did like that the patio had a kitchenette so we don’t have to go down to the kitchen. Great stay and easy to get to broadway. Had a great time.

Nashville Bachelorette Party

We had 8 girls staying at this location for a bachelorette weekend in Nashville. This was such a cute location, the house was clean, and gorgeous. The rooms were spacious and we loved the upstairs deck. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Nashville!!
