As you walk up to house, the big covered front porch has a swing and picnic table. The living room has a fireplace and 4 electric recliners. Large parking area with plenty of room for boats and trailers.

Such a sweet place!

We were in the area visiting family and friends, and were delighted to find this place, which is actually owned by long time friends!The beds and furnishing were very comfortable, and we enjoyed our mornings out on the porch, which is surrounded by lilac and honeysuckle bushes,

Michael is an amazing host. My family and friends staye there for a fishing tournament and plenty of room for parking their 2 trucks/boats/trailers. They will be back again for the next tourney! Thanks Michael

Great Stay!!!

Easy check in and perfect for any long or short stay. Grocery store right across the street and very close to many other shops/restaraunts. Also, directly next door to police station calming our nerves about safety. Overall perfect little getaway.

Quick trip

My son and I went to the Robbin’s theater in Warren. Mike and Laura ‘s home was perfect for a nights stay. The beds were comfy and the price was right.

Belated family holiday celebration

All the comforts of home conveniently located for visiting family. The host is very accomodating even left the porch light on for us as we arrived after dark. We will definitely return.

Visit Grandma without Grandma

We always enjoy staying at this property, it’s the perfect location for us to visit friends and family. We enjoy the old school feel, the Keurig, nice TV, and plenty of space for our pup in the yard. Love its next door to the police station, and a great local grocery store is across the street. Owners are great with communication! We will be back!

Exactly as described, flawless experience

Needed a clean and safe place to crash for a night while driving out to family for Xmas with my dog. Perfect setup for us, close to gas and coffee, easy in/out with the dog for bathroom breaks, couldn’t think of anything missing for us.

Perfect little home for our stay. Grocery store right across the street and gas station. Also next to police station. Some traffic noise during the day, but quiet at night. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Best choice of a House Rental

Beautiful place and a perfect location to stores, gas & activities. The beds were so comfortable. The owner was very friendly & easy to communicate with and we would stay there again in the future.

Great location for Dogs and Family!

We were visiting family in the area and enjoyed Mr Martin's home - it had everything we needed, and the dogs especially loved the wide open spaces to run around. The Sparkle Mart was very convenient and the road was not loud at all - nice place to stay!

We have family in the area and have stayed at this spot twice. It is a great place and has a grocery store across the street which is very convenient. Don’t have to pack a lot of food. Mike is very accommodating.
