Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath end residence at the St. Simons Beach Club that has been completely renovated.

Coastal Contemporary Decor. Expanded kitchen with white cabinets, quartz countertops, all new stainless-steel appliances, new washer and dryer…as well as brand-new A/C system.
Tile flooring throughout.
New master bath with rainfall shower and new cabinets.
Freestanding ultra-contemporary white egg-shell oval soaker bath tub!!
Double rectangular sinks with quartz countertops.
Guest bath with new tub/shower combination, new cabinets and rectangular sink, and quartz countertops.
King and Queen beds plus sleeper sofa.
Black-out drapes in both bedrooms.
