Everything is Brand New! Brand new construction pool, spa w/jets, firepit with sitting area and large 4 hole golf putting range built 2022. Brand new smart home has a pool with salt water system and official lap size pool of 40ft. Be the first guests to enjoy this high end home with high end modern finishes inside and out. Make yourself at home at this very desirable home away from home. All you need to bring is a tooth brush & tooth paste as I provide all your other essential needs from toiletries, kitchen ware and plenty of games. Home consists of all new furniture, open floor plan and with a prime location. Guaranteed satisfaction in every aspect for your friends and family to enjoy. Excited to share this beautiful new construction home with high end finishes with you! :) Up-to-Date photos coming very soon!

Optional - additional fee for heating of pool/jacuzzi of $75 per night. Heating fee is free of charge only during the summer time.

Residence is located on a cul-de-sac (quiet/dead end street) with plenty of privacy and free parking on premises.

Perfect for buddies trip!

Getting in and out was super easy. Close to everything and there were lots of great amenities inside. The pool table, foosball table and putting green outside were all used by our group multiple times. They also had a lot of other games in the closet included along with a ping pong table and corn hole game to play under a covered deck. Almost forgot about the gas grill AND super nice gas fire pit in the back yard. Very nicely set up. Pro tip: although he charges for heating the hot tub etc, it’s worth it 100%. Just make sure you set that up in advance so you aren’t without it later. There were four of us but you could def have 8 here with own beds (1 bed in master off to the side and one blow up bed in the massive master closet). This place is brand new with big screen TVs everywhere and everything worked perfectly. Ideal buddies golf trip accommodation or even great for 4 couples! We plan to be back…
