Heimalundur Guesthouse is located in the adorable village Stöðvarfjörður.
A simple place to sleep for budgeted travelers who are looking to enjoy the nature of Iceland.
The house is located on the ring road just beside the shop Brekkan.
Guests can enjoy a front line view of the ocean and mountains surrounding.
The guesthouse has 4 rooms in total with 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. It is for 9 guests maximum.
Rooms are simple but spacious. There is no living/sitting room nor TVs. Very steep stairs between upper and lower floor.
Kitchen has microwaves, toasters, sandwich grills, boiler, travel-stove. No oven. Breakfast not included.
Old Icelandic house with character, imperfect wood floors and doors.
Stöðvarfjörður is a small village. There is no big grocery store in town. Brekkan the shop beside us has essentials but if guests are arriving in the evening we recommend people doing their grocery shopping before arriving to Stöðvarfjörður.

29 years old, Icelandic. I have a dog living in a separate apartment with me. Her name is Píla, she is a 5 year old mature lady dog. She is occasionally free in the garden doing her business or playing ball. If anyone is afraid of dogs just let me know and I will make sure she won't be free outside while you are staying.
